We told clients earlier this year that we’re raising our rates starting January 1
As a result more have churned than expected, and yesterday I was feeling the pressure
I brought it up with my therapist and he taught me an incredible lesson... separate problems from worries
Problems are something that needs to be solved, worries are a feeling that may or may not indicate a problem

Freelancers and small agencies: don't be afraid that defining your niche means that's the only work you'll ever do.
Our niche is non-technical founders.
In the past month, we've closed Roadmapping Sessions with 3 awesome technical founders in the security space.
We're considering building more around this new niche, but we won't abandon the positioning we've built up. We'll do a few projects, write some landing pages, run some marketing campaigns and then observe.
