Hi everyone, it's "the public health cat" again. Following up on ANGRY's earlier tweet, we cats have reached an agreement with ANGRY to allow him to tweet again, but there will be some big and important changes. The main change is that ANGRY doesn't live in #Athol anymore.

He lives in Portland.

In Oregon.

Not Idaho.

We cats did this for his health and well-being. And also the food scene.
