I am really angry.
US drug prices are too high & I appreciate the work of officials at @CMSGov to lower my patients' out of pocket costs.
But it's hard to imagine a worse self-inflicted wound amid COVID-19 than the Most Favored Nation Interim Final Rule. Help us oppose it. 1/4
The "MFN" will reduce doctor reimbursement for 50 expensive drugs administered in clinic over 4 years starting Jan 1, according to int'l prices. Medicare estimates that 9% of beneficiaries will not get their medicines because clinics won't be able to afford or comply.
