ACER will have the right to investigate cases where the conduct affects at least 2 member states. 1/ National regulatory authorities will continue to be able to object to the exercise of the agency’s investigatory powers when the NRAs have formally opened or have conducted an investigation on the same facts.
The NRAs will have a maximum of 3 months to object.

⚡️Electricity market design ⚡️
The latest compromise of 🇸🇪 presidency limit the way CfDs can apply to existant (nuclear) plants.

The new investment must cover at least 50% of the economic value of the asset after investment, + prolonge the life-time by at least 10 years. 1/5
