Just listened to Prime cabinet/foreign & diaspora sec. lecture "Kenya's grand strategy in a changing world." Fascinating how many words were needed. He described a world foreign to the majority of Kenyans.
1. Elections r held in Kenya cause the law says so. Its not a multiple 1/ choice issue. Don't hold elections, we end up the Haiti way. A failed state.
2. Kenya's peace keeping missions he fails to highlight have never been led by Kenya. Kenya has always been a second wheel to others. An unproven state.
3. Femicide is a crime which he does seem to 2/

1. It lacks transparency on which govt agencies have access to ones information.

2. It does not stipulate who will be allowed to access this information & for what purposes.

3. There is no citizens data protection law to ensure citizens data rights 4. No provision is made as to a citizen requesting to know who has their information or how this can be accessed.

5. Nothing prevents ones private information from being sold by the State to 3rd parties or worse provided to other states.

6. This law can be abused & will as is.
