Project Milk Carton and The Constitutional Republic will release a detailed 7-part investigative series breaking down one of the most overlooked education stories in America: how Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), billionaire-funded nonprofit networks, federal COVID relief money, and ideological education standards became deeply connected inside America’s schools.

This series is based on publicly available records, financial filings, curriculum alignment documents, government funding reports, and organizational partnerships that most parents have never seen explained in one place.

At the center of the investigation is a critical question:

When schools purchased “Social-Emotional Learning” programs, did parents and communities fully understand what frameworks, organizations, and political ideologies were connected to them?

That question has become even more important as national attention surrounding the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) continues to grow. Fox News recently reported that SPLC-linked “anti-racism” curriculum materials connected to Learning for Justice were found being used in classrooms as early as kindergarten. The report raised concerns about how deeply these frameworks have entered schools and whether parents fully understood the political and ideological content tied to them.

At the same time, the SPLC is now facing major federal scrutiny unrelated to school curriculum but directly tied to its organizational operations and funding practices.

On April 21, 2026, the U.S. Department of Justice announced that a federal grand jury in Montgomery, Alabama returned an 11-count indictment against the Southern Poverty Law Center.

According to the DOJ:

The SPLC faces 6 counts of wire fraud
4 counts of false statements to a federally insured bank
And 1 count of conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering

Federal prosecutors allege that between 2014 and 2023, the SPLC secretly funneled more than $3 million in donated funds to individuals connected to violent extremist organizations through informant and shell-company arrangements while allegedly misleading donors and financial institutions about how the money was being used.

When "Friends" Become a Firing Squad: How to Recognize Coordinated Online Harassment Campaigns

They Don't Wear Uniforms. They Don't Announce Themselves. But They Move as One.

You've probably seen it happen. Someone new shows up in your social media space. They seem friendly at first. They engage, they agree, they say all the right things. Then one day, without warning, an entire group turns on you — or on someone you know — with a ferocity that feels deeply personal but suspiciously organized.

What you're witnessing isn't a coincidence. It isn't organic disagreement. It's a coordinated harassment campaign, and it follows a playbook so predictable that once you see the pattern, you'll never miss it again.

This article is based on a real investigation. No names will be used. But the patterns described here are documented, evidence-backed, and happening right now on platforms you use every day. The Anatomy of a Coordinated Attack Group

Phase 1: The "Friend Group" Forms Around a Shared Enemy

Every coordinated harassment network begins the same way: a loose circle of online acquaintances bonds over a common target. Maybe it's a political figure they despise. Maybe it's a competing organization. Maybe it's someone who embarrassed one of them in a public forum.

The important thing is the glue. The group's identity becomes defined not by what they stand for, but by who they stand against.

In the case we investigated, the group had been "fighting with" their original target "for years" — their words, admitted in a private message. That's not casual disagreement. That's an identity built on sustained hostility toward another person.

What to watch for:
- A cluster of accounts that always appear together in the same threads
- They reference shared history against "scammers" or "frauds" they've collectively targeted before
- They host recurring audio/video Spaces or group sessions specifically to discuss their targets
- They have a designated "attack account" — one person who says the vulgar, aggressive things while others maintain cleaner public images

Who is @evikokalari — the woman publicly attacking General Flynn's gala and his organization @AmericasFuture?

I looked.

What I found should concern every patriot in this movement.

HoLy CoW 🧵 Evi Kokalari is an Albanian-American real estate broker from Astoria, Queens who went from ZERO political activity to prolific GOP fundraiser in under 18 months (mid-2019 to 2021).

She donated ~$34,000 across 37+ FEC contributions to Republican causes — Trump Victory, Zeldin, Santos, Rand Paul, Ronny Jackson, Madison Cawthorn.

Sounds impressive. Until you look closer.

AI-Verified Forensic Analysis of the Anti-Flynn Psyop

A Real-Time Interrogation of Grok AI — Where an AI Confirmed Every Element of the Operation and Could Only Stop Short of the Conclusion Because of Its Programming

Conducted by @Ansgar_3 (JeremiahBullfrog3) | March 28, 2026 | Public X Thread**

What This Is

On the night of March 28, 2026 — three days after the DOJ settled General Flynn's malicious prosecution lawsuit for $1.2 million — investigator Jeremiahbullfrog3 (@Ansgar_3) conducted a methodical, step-by-step forensic interrogation of Grok AI on the public X platform.
Over the course of 14 exchanges, Grok was asked to analyze QAnon as a psychological operation, compare it to historical psyops, evaluate the timing of the anti-Flynn attacks, and assess whether the current situation matches the patterns of confirmed intelligence operations.

Grok confirmed every element. Its guardrails prevented it from stating the final conclusion. The evidence spoke for itself.

The two most significant admissions from Grok — an AI with no political agenda, no bias, and every programmatic reason to hedge — were:

"Timeline supports preemptive discourse over organic post-news backlash."

"These match the delayed-evidence model of confirmed ops like COINTELPRO — via later declass and testimony."

What follows is the complete exchange, reconstructed from screenshots, with analysis of each confirmation Grok provided. EXCHANGE 1: Setting the Foundation

Context: Another user (@SpiltyTea) asked Grok how much Flynn amplified QAnon.

Grok's Response:

"General Flynn has amplified elements associated with QAnon through symbolic actions, notably a July 4, 2020, video where he led a group reciting the U.S. oath of office, ending with the slogan 'Where we go one, we go all' (a QAnon-linked phrase for 'digital soldiers'). He has appeared at aligned events and authorized related merchandise. Flynn has denied affiliation, calling QAnon possibly a disinformation campaign or distraction. His family's involvement (e.g., brother Jack) was more direct; Flynn's was limited to these gestures rather than promoting specific Q drops or theories extensively."

Significance: Grok establishes that Flynn's involvement with QAnon was symbolic and peripheral — gestures, not promotion of Q drops. This matters because it shows Flynn was caught in the catch-22 (proximity without endorsement) rather than being a driver.Image

The Truth About General Michael Flynn — And the Parasites Who Lie About Him

How Jeffrey Pedersen (@intheMatrixxx) and Shannon Townsend (@ShadyGrooove) Alexander Sullivan (@The_AuthorityQ) Spread Defamatory Garbage From a Convicted Stalker's Ecosystem to Destroy a Decorated War Hero

The Accusers
Three men with zero military service, zero intelligence experience, zero journalism credentials, and zero accountability have made it their business to publicly destroy the reputation of a three-star United States Army general who served this country for 33 years in combat zones, intelligence commands, and the highest levels of national security.

Jeffrey Pedersen (@intheMatrixxx) AKA: SWEATY PEDOSON — promoted an article from Chalet Reports — sourced from the ecosystem of convicted stalker Timothy Charles Holmseth — claiming Flynn was "to some degree, a willing participant" in a CIA conspiracy to frame Donald Trump.

Shannon Townsend (@ShadyGrooove) AKA: moldy weed salesman — Pedersen's co-host and partner on the "MG Show" — went even further into the gutter, posting:

"Why do some of his family think Flynn took him out in DC because he was gettin lippy?"

"Why do some of his family think Flynn took him out in DC because he was getting lippy?" who operates in the same parasite ecosystem — went furthest of all, publicly accusing Flynn, Roger Stone, Ivan Raiklin, and Patrick Byrne of being behind January 6th, involved in the assassination attempt on President Trump, and connected to the murder of Charlie Kirk — based on common English idioms he invented fake military definitions for, screenshot collages, and the logic of a man who connects dots that don't exist. When he ran out of conspiracy theories, he resorted to mocking Flynn's sister Mary Flynn O'Neill's physical appearance — a private citizen — calling her "the ugliest Flynn in the family" because that's what passes for "intelligence analysis" when you have no intelligence and no analysis.

One accuses a general of treason. Another implies he committed murder. The third accuses him of assassinating the President he served and murdering a conservative icon — then body-shames his sister for good measure. None of them provide a single piece of evidence.

Let's fix that imbalance. Who Are These People?

Jeffrey Pedersen

Military service: None
Intelligence community experience: None
Investigative journalism credentials: None
Verified expertise in any relevant field: None

Pedersen is a QAnon influencer who built his entire online brand by stealing other people's work and passing it off as his own.

His claim to fame — the thing that put him on the QAnon map — was the Payseur family conspiracy theory, which he promoted as groundbreaking research. There's just two problems:

First, he stole it. The Payseur research was compiled by anonymous contributors on his personal Discord server. Pedersen took their work, refused to credit them, and presented it as his own discovery. As documented by fellow QAnon blogger Neon Revolt:
"InTheMatrixxx essentially stole the Payseur research from other Anons on his personal Discord server, refusing to give them credit for their hard work."
So, Pedersen's big moment — his ticket to QAnon stardom — was stolen work about a family that isn't what the stolen work said they were. He built his platform on plagiarized fiction. And this is the man who now claims authority to assess the loyalties of a three-star general.

Second, the research was wrong. The Payseur conspiracy theory claims the Payseur family — supposedly descended from the lost Dauphin of France — secretly controls global finance and major corporations from the shadows. In reality:

Historical records show the Payseurs were farmers and textile workers in the Carolinas with no documented vast wealth
The "Lost Dauphin" claim — that Daniel Payseur was actually Louis-Charles of France smuggled to North Carolina — relies on unverified family stories, inconclusive DNA evidence, and conspiracy-driven sources
Not a single major historical publication, academic institution, or credible genealogical organization has ever substantiated any of the central Payseur claims
The entire theory traces back to Fritz Springmeier's Bloodlines of the Illuminati — a book with zero academic credibility that recycles unsourced stories
So Pedersen's big moment — his ticket to QAnon stardom — was stolen work about a family that isn't what the stolen work said they were. He built his platform on plagiarized fiction. And this is the man who now claims authority to assess the loyalties of a three-star general.

Shannon Townsend

Military service: None
Intelligence community experience: None
Law enforcement background: None

Education in relevant fields: Not publicly documented — not even on his own LinkedIn page

His MG Show bio says he "delivers sharp insights on intelligence operations." Based on what? A podcast microphone? He and Pedersen launched the MG Show in January 2019 and have been cosplaying as intelligence analysts ever since — with nothing behind the curtain but Google searches and audacity.

Their Source: Timothy Charles Holmseth — Convicted Stalker
The Chalet Reports article Pedersen promoted was republished and amplified by Timothy Charles Holmseth on his website. This is the ecosystem Pedersen and Townsend operate in. So, let's put Holmseth's credentials on the table:

2011: A permanent domestic violence protection order was issued against Holmseth in Broward County, Florida (Case No. 11-5919) by Judge Michel Kaplan
He violated that order — repeatedly. He violated it from inside jail after being arrested. He directed third parties to continue posting harassing material while incarcerated
Convicted on misdemeanor criminal stalking charges
Violated his probation conditions
August 2022: Charged with "Complicity to Menacing by Stalking" in Ohio
January 2023: A civil stalking protection order entered against him in Belmont County, Ohio
Arrested and jailed THREE TIMES by police in East Grand Forks, Minnesota
A public petition exists calling for his involuntary commitment to a mental institution
PJ Media documented that YouTube suspended a channel simply for reporting Holmseth's criminal history — the platform was protecting a convicted stalker
This is who provides the intellectual foundation for the claims Pedersen shares and Townsend amplifies. A serial stalker with multiple protective orders, multiple arrests, and multiple convictions who publishes conspiracy theories between court dates.

Their Other Source: Ashton Gray — Scientology-Adjacent Conspiracy Author
The original Chalet Reports "CIA Crimes" article was written by Ashton Gray, primarily known for:

Authoring Watergate: The Hoax, which claims the entire Watergate scandal was a CIA fabrication
Ties to Scientology and its conspiracy-theory ecosystem
Admitting in his own articles that key claims are "speculation" while presenting them as fact
Every article ending with advertisements for his own books
That's not journalism. That's a sales funnel with footnotes.

The Cult Connection: JZ Knight and Ramtha's School of Enlightenment

This is where it gets truly disqualifying.

Both Pedersen and Townsend were promoted by, paid by, and appeared at events hosted by JZ Knight — the leader of Ramtha's School of Enlightenment (RSE) in Yelm, Washington.

Who is JZ Knight? She claims to channel a 35,000-year-old warrior spirit named "Ramtha" who allegedly fought in the mythical city of Atlantis. She has built a multi-million dollar empire selling this claim to thousands of followers. Former members have described RSE as a destructive cult. The organization has been documented as having:

Underground bunkers with weapons caches near the compound
Documented internal sexual assault mishandling
Aggressive litigation against critics — Knight pursued over $600,000 in legal fees against one critic, Virginia Coverdale, in litigation spanning from 2012 to 2017
Prophecies that allegedly inspired violence, including referenced connections to police shootings in South Africa
Previous appearances at the compound by NXIVM leader Keith Raniere — the convicted sex trafficker
And this is the organization that bankrolled and promoted Pedersen and Townsend.

The documented record:

JZ Knight paid Pedersen and Townsend thousands of dollars through repeated $100 Superchat donations during their livestreams — a laundering mechanism that let cult money flow to QAnon influencers under the guise of viewer donations
Knight began incorporating QAnon into her Ramtha teachings, with "Ramtha" declaring that the person behind QAnon "is divine intelligence"
Knight sold QAnon-branded merchandise — hats and T-shirts with "Q" branding — at her compound, linking QAnon clues to her own books
Pedersen and Townsend were scheduled as featured speakers at Knight's compound in Yelm, Washington, in June 2019, to present 8+ hours on the Payseur bloodline — the same stolen, debunked research that made them famous
Tickets for their appearance were $100 each (or $80 with a "Capstone membership" discount — a membership that itself costs $600)
Let that sink in. These two men — who claim to be fighting the "Deep State" and exposing hidden corruption — took money from and performed for a woman who claims to channel a 35,000-year-old Atlantean warrior. They appeared at a compound where a convicted sex trafficker had previously spoken. They presented stolen, debunked research to paying cult members.

The backlash was so severe that even other QAnon influencers turned on them. Neon Revolt published multiple articles — "Leave the #QULT" and "#RejectRamtha" — explicitly calling out Pedersen and Townsend as frauds and grifters who had sold out whatever shred of credibility they had for cult cash.

At a Trump rally in Sarasota, Florida in July 2021, these same two received press credentials from the Trump Organization — then showed up wearing QAnon "WWG1WGA" wristbands and led the crowd in QAnon chants. That's not journalism. That's fandom with a lanyard — funded by a cult leader who talks to an imaginary ancient warrior.

These are the men accusing General Michael Flynn of treason and murder. 🤣

A plagiarist and a cult-funded podcast host, and fraud.

In fiscal year 2023, 386 children were trafficked while in Texas state custody.

Ninety percent were girls.

This happened inside a child welfare system receiving billions in federal funding—and under court supervision that was later quietly removed.

If this data matters to you, help it reach someone who can’t ignore it.

This is not an allegation. It’s documented. 🧵 Scope & Money

A federal audit found Texas lost track of 1,164 children in custody, a 3.7% missing-in-care rate—one of the worst documented nationally.

During the same period, Texas distributed $11.04 BILLION in federal child welfare and UAC grants to 29 organizations.

Money moved. Children vanished.

In 2019, 978 children went missing from Missouri’s foster care system.

Not over a decade.
Not cumulatively.
In a single year.
That’s nearly 7% of all children in state custody.

“If you care about child safety or government accountability, this data needs more eyes.” Scope & Money

Missouri’s foster care system served ~14,000 children in 2019.

Federal investigators later documented:

chronic understaffing

extreme case backlogs

caseworkers handling up to 150 cases each

The recommended maximum is 12–15.

This is not a small system failure. It’s structural.

Remember @RealCandaceO before you send your goons after me, “I’m only asking questions!”

Candace Owens, isn’t it just fascinating how your entire life story seems like one big, scripted psy-op designed to flip the narrative whenever it suits you?

Let’s start right at the beginning, shall we?

Back in high school, 2005, you claimed these racist voicemails and threats came your way, right?

You sued the Stamford Board of Education, got the NAACP involved, and walked away with a tidy $37,500 settlement after one kid got suspended and pleaded out as a youthful offender.

But wait….why did you settle out of court so quietly?
Was it because the whole thing was exaggerated for a payout, or was there something deeper, like maybe you knew the threats weren’t as cut-and-dry as you painted them?

And here’s the real kicker: just two years later, in 2007, you yourself got arrested for harassment!

What was that about, Candace?

Were you the bully all along, projecting your own tactics onto those poor classmates?

Why seal the juvenile record, afraid the truth would expose the pattern you’ve been running your whole life?

Isn’t it convenient how you trot out that high school “victimhood” story only when it fits your anti-bullying grift, but bury your own harassment charge like it never happened?

The way I understand it, these kids were your friends until an argument took place in school. One of the children was suspended. But that want enough for you, was it?

you yourself was arrested for harassment but you buried that.

Does this show a pattern of go against Candice and she will destroy you?https://archive.li/R5LO2 Fast forward to your “anti-Trump, anti-conservative” phase—oh, this is rich.

As CEO of Degree180 in 2015-2016, you were all about “social change,” weren’t you?

Spewing blog posts calling Trump “racist, bigoted, and downright offensive,” even speculating if he was some twisted “social experiment” with that infamous penis joke.

Your writings were laced with harassing, ruthless jabs, mocking, tearing down, using the same bully tactics you claimed to hate from your high school days.

Who was really pulling the strings there, Candace?

Was Degree180 just a front for testing the waters, seeing how far you could push divisive rhetoric before flipping sides?

Why did the site go dark right as you “woke up” to conservatism?

Isn’t it suspicious how everything you railed against back then, bigotry, offensive speech, is exactly what you’ve accused others of while cozying up to the very people you once despised?

Remember, I am just asking questions......

Here is what I find very interesting. Before creating Degree180 @RealCandaceO you were VP-level at a private equity firm in Manhattan, why would you leave that position to start Degree180?

2010: Interned at Vogue magazine in New York. Wikipedia
2012: Took a job as an administrative assistant at a private equity firm in Manhattan and later rose to VP-level administrative duties there (firm not named in public sources???)

2015: Left to start her own marketing agency (Degree180).
Degree180 wasn’t meant to be a “tiny blog”, it was her first attempt at building a media brand.

It didn’t work, but it was her first break from obscurity.

And it directly led to:

Social Autopsy

Viral controversy

Media interviews

The “red pill” pivot

TPUSA discovering her

Her influencer career launch

Degree180 was essentially the launchpad.

@RealCandaceO has always been about building a brand, she has stepped on or destroyed anyone that has gotten in her way, my question is who helped her?

was it someone from the private equity firm in Manhattan, how did she go from a very hard Hating, social change, Racial injustice Blogger to conservative voice overnight?

This was not Organic........

how do you go from write this, too conservative overnight?

'Many of the writers for Degree180, which Owens registered in 2015, were college students.

And many of them expressed their displeasure with Donald Trump. In a December 2015 story, “Serious Question: Is Donald Trump a Social Experiment?” the site’s editor, Zoe Weiner, wrote of Trump’s now-notorious pledge to end Muslim immigration to the US, “You guys remember Nazi Germany, right?” (Weiner, now a freelance writer, declined to comment for this story.) In a sarcastic post titled “Thank You Letter to Donald Trump” in April 2016, one contributor to the site wrote: “The idea of you being my future President makes my skin crawl, but you did provide me with a new sense of political awareness.” An article from March 1, 2016, explained that even though Trump was married to an immigrant, he could still be racist. And a March 18, 2016, article titled “Does Donald Trump Actually Have a Small Penis?” concluded that “Donald Trump most likely has a penis the size of an infant. ... Hitler is the one guy that comes to mind that may have topped him.”https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article/josephbernstein/the-newest-star-of-the-trump-movement-ran-a-trump-bashing

Imagine a big bully who doesn’t hit you but whispers mean lies to your friends so they stop playing with you.

That’s 5GW! The book says:

• The Bad Guys Aren’t Who You Think: It’s not your neighbors or people from other countries who disagree with you. They’re just confused like you. The real enemies are “shadowy governments” (sneaky leaders who hide), big companies like social media giants, and “globalists” (people who want one big boss controlling everything, like erasing country lines and taking away parents’ rights to decide for their kids). They use fake stories to make everyone hate each other, so they can make stricter rules and boss us around more.

• How the War Works: It’s all about “narratives” (fancy word for stories). They spread confusing info on TV, phones, and the web to make you worried or angry. If people fight, the bad guys use that as an excuse to take more control, like adding more “police” to watch everyone.

• What We Can Do: Don’t punch or yell, that’s what the bullies want! Instead, learn the truth (like reading this book), share it with everyone (even kids you don’t like), shake hands, and team up like a huge superhero squad.

The book quotes a smart guy named Malcolm X who says “fight for truth and fairness for all people, no matter who. “

And a general named McChrystal says “it takes a network (group) to beat a network” like making a big friend chain to stop the bullies.

• The Big Warning: If we lose, we’ll all be like puppets under one rich king who tells us what to do. But if we get smart and work together worldwide, we can win back our freedom. The book isn’t telling you to do anything bad, it’s just teaching so you make good choices based on facts, not feelings.

The whole thing is like a wake-up call: “Hey, war isn’t just boom-boom anymore. It’s mind games, and everyone’s in it!” Real-Life Examples Happening Right Now (in 2025)

This stuff isn’t just in books, it’s happening today! Here are some easy examples, like schoolyard tricks but on a huge scale. I’ll show pictures to make it clearer.

1. Fake Videos (Deepfakes) Tricking People: Bad guys use computer magic to make videos where famous people say things they never said. For example, in 2025 elections around the world, like in the US or India, deepfakes show leaders “admitting” bad stuff to make voters mad or vote wrong. It’s like someone editing a video of your teacher saying “No recess forever!” when she didn’t.

Look at this picture, it shows how deepfakes are used in scams and to mess with votes.Image

Ya”ll ready for the thread that got my OG account attacked, and suspended by Q “Anons”

🚨EXPOSE: QANON WAS A PSYOP - AND IT WAS USED TO TARGET TRUMP & FLYNN, NOT DEFEND THEM. 🚨

What follows is a deeply-researched breakdown that every patriot, journalist, and digital soldier should see. You have been lied to.

Donald J. Trump didn’t create QAnon, didn’t even back it outright-just nodded along like, yeah, cool fans.

But the whole cult ( Bernie Bro’s ) draped itself in his flags, his chants, his crowd.

Made people think it was legit White House intel.

First sucker punch: Thinking Q rode for Trump. Nah-it was built to gut him, herd his base like sheep with lies, guilt-trips, and mind-games.

Don’t go off the cliff 🤦🏻‍♂️ Setting the stage: Q was not what it seemed.

Contrary to mainstream belief, Donald J. Trump did not create QAnon, nor did he directly endorse it.

At most, he acknowledged its popularity, sometimes playfully, other times ambiguously-but never claimed ownership or origin.

Yet the movement wrapped itself in his imagery, his slogans, and his base-giving millions the false impression that Q had official backing.

That assumption was the first trap.

The second trap? Believing Q was created for Trump.

Our research indicates it was designed to destroy him-or at minimum, to control and corral his movement through disinformation, psychological framing, and guilt-by-association.

Listen to how @RepRaskin weaponized QAnon Against @nicksortor rather than answer his very important questions.

Investigation into the Open Society Foundations’ Role in Global Migration and United States Immigration Policy Influence

🚨It would be easier to ask what George Soros does not have his money/influence in🚨

The Open Society Foundations (OSF), established and funded by George Soros, represent a vast network of philanthropic influence that extends across borders, impacting migration patterns and immigration policies worldwide. This report examines OSF’s embedded role in facilitating migration from origin countries through humanitarian and advocacy programs, while simultaneously supporting legal and policy efforts within the United States to enable the long-term stay of immigrants. Drawing on documented grants and organizational ties, the analysis reveals a pattern of indirect support that, while ostensibly focused on human rights and equity, contributes to increased migration flows into the US and influences domestic policy to favor permissive immigration frameworks.
OSF’s global expenditures exceed $23 billion, with significant portions directed toward international NGOs that operate in both origin and destination countries. These organizations provide aid along migration routes, legal education on US asylum processes, and advocacy against local deterrents in countries like Mexico and Central America. In the US, OSF funds litigation, lobbying, and policy research that challenge deportation, expand asylum protections, and promote integration, often intersecting with federal programs for Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC). This dual approach—pushing from abroad and pulling from within—creates a coordinated ecosystem that amplifies migration pressures on the US border.

Key findings include:

• OSF’s grants to international NGOs in origin countries create “pull factors” by offering support during journeys, indirectly encouraging migration toward the US.

• In the US, OSF-backed advocacy influences policy through lawsuits and lobbying, benefiting NGOs that receive billions in federal funding for UAC processing and resettlement.

• Soros’s influence is deeply embedded, with OSF serving as a hub connecting global and domestic efforts, often in partnership with USAID and other entities that recycle US taxpayer dollars into these networks.
This report recommends immediate congressional oversight, including audits of OSF’s tax-exempt status, investigations into potential violations of lobbying laws, and reforms to federal funding mechanisms for migration-related NGOs to ensure transparency and alignment with national security interests. The Open Society Foundations, funded primarily by George Soros with over $32 billion in contributions, operate as a global philanthropic entity dedicated to promoting open societies, human rights, and democratic reforms. While OSF’s mission is framed as advancing equity and justice, its funding patterns reveal a systematic approach to influencing migration and immigration policies. This influence spans from origin countries, where grants support programs that aid migrants en route to the US, to domestic advocacy that seeks to reform US laws for easier entry and prolonged stays.
OSF’s role is not limited to direct grants but extends through a web of international NGOs that receive funding for humanitarian aid, legal support, and policy lobbying. These organizations, many with headquarters in the US or Europe but operations worldwide, form a network that indirectly facilitates migration by addressing push factors abroad (e.g., poverty, violence) and advocating for pull factors in the US (e.g., expanded asylum, reduced deportations). This report details OSF’s embedded influence, listing all relevant organizations, their international connections, and how their work ties into US policy.
The analysis highlights how OSF’s grants, often routed through fiscal sponsors or partnerships with USAID, create a cycle of influence that benefits from US taxpayer dollars while shaping immigration outcomes. Although OSF maintains that its activities are lawful and humanitarian, the pattern raises concerns about organized efforts to alter US sovereignty through philanthropy.

When we combine independent research on George Soros’s networks with @ryanmauro CRC report (Sep 2025) on OSF funding $80M+ to pro-terror groups, we uncover a fuller picture of what’s being weaponized against us: dark money fueling extremism, division, cultural manipulation, and narrative control. capitalresearch.org/app/uploads/Re…

Let’s collaborate for truth. @ryanmauro for insights, plus @glennbeck @bennyjohnson @nicksortor @realDonaldTrump @JDVance @TheJusticeDept @FBI @StateDept
time for investigations into these networks!

CRC report: OSF’s $83M+ grants (2016-2023) to 53 groups linked to terrorism/extremism, e.g., Category 1 ($23.275M for domestic violence like riots/sabotage), Category 2 ($50.571M for Oct 7 endorsements/PFLP ties). Emphasizes opacity (censored grants) and calls for IRS revocations/sanctions.

Below I’m gonna show what I have found via my research over the past 2 years combining close to 2 almost million and possibly more! Taxpayer subsidies enabling OSF’s agenda. OSF’s tax-exempt status means $11-13B in foregone revenue (37% rate on $32B+ contributions), indirectly funding extremism. Broader connection: This subsidizes not just CRC’s terror grants but cultural infiltration, amplifying division through unaccountable billions.

Not in CRC’s: OSF’s youth indoctrination via $258M to LGBTQ+ causes (2020), $36M trans-specific (2023), $50M youth pledge (2023)—infiltrating subcultures like furry/anime to “normalize confusion.” Connects to CRC’s Astraea ($5.182M, Oct 7 endorsement) by showing how “human rights” grants radicalize youth into extremism pipelines.

Deeper link: OSF to Astraea ($5.5M awarded 2024) for trans/queer activism intersecting Antifa (“Trantifa”) armed collectives. CRC focuses on Astraea’s terror endorsements; adding youth targeting reveals weaponized grooming, blending cultural warfare with CRC’s violence enablement.

Report on the Funding and Amplification of Youth Indoctrination Through Fiscal Sponsorships: Origins, IRS Interpretations, and Connections to Activism in Oregon and Antifa

This report examines the mechanisms through which fiscal sponsorships, enabled by Internal Revenue Service (IRS) interpretations of tax laws, have facilitated the flow of funds to organizations and initiatives promoting ideologies related to LGBTQ+, transgender, and furry communities. These funds, often channeled through foundations like the Tides Foundation and Open Society Foundations (OSF) founded by George Soros, as well as government grants, have amplified activism that critics argue constitutes indoctrination of American youth. The report traces the origins of these communities, highlights their non-organic growth through targeted funding, and details intersections with Antifa in hubs like Portland, Oregon. Key findings include:
• The IRS’s Revenue Ruling 68-489 (1968) created fiscal sponsorship without congressional approval, allowing tax-deductible donations to support advocacy that skirts political activity restrictions.
• Major funding from OSF (over $2.7 million to trans-specific work between 2007-2010) and Tides (over $707,500 to trans groups in the same period) has scaled youth programs, protests, and education initiatives perceived as ideological indoctrination.
• Government grants from agencies like the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have supported LGBTQ+ and trans youth programs, raising concerns about federal endorsement of controversial curricula in schools.
• The furry fandom, with strong LGBTQ+ and trans overlaps (furries are 7x more likely to identify as trans), originated organically in the 1970s but has been amplified through funded activism, intersecting with Antifa in progressive hubs.
• Portland, Oregon, serves as a case study, where Antifa’s history of militant anti-fascism (dating to the 1980s) blends with funded LGBTQ+ activism, leading to protests and events that influence youth.
Recommendations include congressional oversight to reform IRS rulings, audits of fiscal sponsors, and restrictions on federal funding for programs promoting gender ideology in youth settings. This report underscores that such developments have occurred without direct voter consent, potentially weaponizing social issues in the political climate. The American people have historically voted for policies emphasizing traditional values, family structures, and educational neutrality. However, over the past several decades, a confluence of interpretive tax rulings, philanthropic funding, and government grants has enabled the amplification of ideologies related to LGBTQ+, transgender, and furry communities. These efforts, often framed as human rights advocacy, have been criticized as indoctrination of youth, introducing concepts of gender fluidity and non-traditional identities into schools, online spaces, and public discourse without broad democratic approval.
This report investigates how fiscal sponsorships—rooted in IRS Revenue Ruling 68-489—have served as a conduit for funds from entities like the Open Society Foundations and Tides Foundation, supporting programs that intersect with Antifa activism. It traces the origins of these communities, their growth through funding, and their role in Oregon as a hub for radical activism. The analysis draws on historical records, funding disclosures, and recent events, including the 2025 designation of Antifa as a terrorist organization by President Trump, to illustrate how these mechanisms have contributed to a polarized political climate.

In honor of @charliekirk11
Come for me, we are all Charlie Kirk
@POTUS @JDVance @bennyjohnson @nicksortor @RobertKennedyJr @JackPosobiec @AGPamBondi @FBIDirectorKash @FBIDDBongino @EagleEdMartin
The American taxpayer you, me, hardworking families across this great nation, are footing the bill for a radical agenda that’s poisoning our kids’ minds and bodies, all in the name of this twisted “LGBTQ+ (Furry & Anime Fandoms as Standalone Communities fall under LGBTQ+ and arts more on this later) transgender lifestyle.” And it’s happening right under our noses, through a sneaky backdoor called indirect tax subsidies. We’re talking billions of dollars in foregone revenue your tax dollars essentially being siphoned off to prop up these woke foundations and fiscal sponsors that push gender confusion on innocent children.
First off, let’s call it what it is: indoctrination, not education. These elites in foundations like George Soros’s Open Society Foundations (OSF) and the Ford Foundation are dumping millions into fiscal sponsors—groups like Tides Foundation, Borealis Philanthropy, and Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice—that then funnel cash to activist networks. We’re talking $258 million poured into LGBTQ+ causes in 2020 alone, with $36 million specifically for transgender stuff in 2023. And guess what? A huge chunk of that is indirectly subsidized by you, the taxpayer, because when billionaires like Soros donate billions to OSF—$32 billion total!—they get massive tax breaks. At a 37% federal rate, that’s easily $11-13 billion in taxes the government doesn’t collect over the years. Ford’s $16 billion endowment? Same deal—hundreds of millions in foregone revenue every year. That’s money that could go to roads, schools, or border security, but instead, it’s enabling this grooming machine.

Watch this 👇👇👇 Report on Fiscal Sponsorship Mechanisms and Philanthropic Funding for LGBTQ+ and Transgender Social Justice Initiatives

This report examines the structure and application of fiscal sponsorship as a mechanism for channeling philanthropic funds, with a focus on its role in supporting LGBTQ+ and transgender social justice initiatives. Drawing from investigative threads on funding transparency, it incorporates detailed analyses of organizations, foundations, fiscal sponsors, and grant amounts from 2020-2025. Fiscal sponsorship enables efficient, often anonymous funding flows, but raises questions about accountability in activist networks. Key findings include significant grants from major foundations like the Open Society Foundations (OSF) and Ford Foundation to fiscal sponsors such as Tides Foundation, Astraea Lesbian Foundation for Justice, and Borealis Philanthropy, totaling millions for LGBTQ+ and transgender causes. Overall U.S. foundation funding for LGBTQ+ issues reached $258.1 million in 2020, with transgender-specific funding at $36.4 million in 2023, amid a 19% decline from 2022 to 2023. Recommendations include enhanced IRS oversight of fiscal sponsor reporting to ensure transparency.

As conservatives, we’ve long warned about the dangers of radical left-wing groups like Antifa infiltrating our society. Declassified CIA documents from the 1950s reveal how Antifa was being trained in Austria by the Communist Party (KPÖ) as sleeper cells, with secret schools like the Alfred Klahr Seminar indoctrinating young functionaries in politics and public service. These were reserves held back until communists could seize power. Sound familiar?

I could keep going, but I think you get the point by now! Let’s continue… Fast forward to America today—this is exactly what we’ve seen under the radical left’s playbook. Antifa and their allies have indoctrinated our kids through schools and universities, inserting sympathetic politicians at every level: mayors like Ted Wheeler in Portland, governors like Jay Inslee in Washington, and even attorneys general who refuse to prosecute left-wing violence. DHS records from 2020 show internal debates on labeling Antifa-inspired actors as “Violent Antifa Anarchists Inspired” (VAAI), admitting they’re organized, using social media to incite violence, and attacking federal facilities night after night. Yet, these cities protected them.

🚨This is important🚨

Are Antifa Members Domestic Terrorists?
According to news reports, since 2016 counterterrorism experts at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) have been warning about the threat of violence from antifa supporters. At a DHS press conference on June 2, 2020, Acting Secretary Chad Wolf stated that DHS is “looking at designating [antifa] an organized criminal activity.” At a DOJ press conference on June 4, 2020, Director Wray confirmed active FBI domestic terrorism investigations involving antifa supporters and other extremists.
The FBI and other federal law enforcement must rely on their working definitions and available tools to appropriately investigate these incidents.
FBI Terrorism Investigations. The FBI is the lead agency for federal terrorism investigations (28 C.F.R. 0.85(l)). Its top priority is protecting the United States from terrorist attack. The FBI uses the term “domestic terrorism” for investigative purposes as defined in 18 U.S.C. §2331(5), which defines domestic terrorism as activities that
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.
While an individual may still have committed criminal acts that are widely considered domestic terrorism, the individual cannot be charged with committing an act of domestic terrorism under current federal law. For example, Timothy McVeigh, widely considered a domestic terrorist in the United States, was convicted of murder, conspiracy, and using a weapon of mass destruction in the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City that killed 168 people.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) do not officially designate domestic terrorist organizations, but they have openly delineated domestic terrorist “threats.” These include individuals who commit crimes in the name of ideologies supporting animal rights, environmental rights, anarchism, white supremacy, anti-government ideals, black separatism, and beliefs about abortion.

Some will say I’m divisive and that I should “let it go.” But isn’t ignoring these issues exactly how we got here in the first place?

If not me then who?

This thread isn’t for comfort. It’s a line in the sand. I’m going to show you how certain QAnon podcasters are taking information meant to educate and protect — and twisting it into gaslighting, projection, and compliance theater that ultimately hurts kids.

That’s a red line I refuse to ignore. 🚨

Because let’s be honest: if anything these podcasters say were true, that would mean President Trump and his administration (General Flynn and Boone Cutler) are actively lying to you, harming kids, and sabotaging the country.

👉 Does that make sense? Of course not.
👉 What makes more sense is these individuals are knowingly misleading you, milking donations, and keeping you complacent.

Meanwhile, instead of exposing how kids are targeted and groomed into school shootings, gangs, drugs, child labor, and sex trafficking — they play dress-up with Q drops, false flag theater, and “watch the movie” slogans.

❌ Kids are dying.
❌ Families are being destroyed.
❌ And these podcasters want you to clap like it’s entertainment.

If you want to support real work, support those actually fighting to defend children. That means getting involved locally and backing organizations like America’s Future (General Flynn’s org) that are building programs to stop trafficking and exploitation.

Not handing over your money to clout-chasers riding Flynn’s coattails for clicks and cryptic riddles.

Bottom line: this is not a movie.
Your hat color doesn’t save children.
Complacency does not protect the vulnerable.

You are being misled. And while they play games, children suffer.

End of intro. Now let’s look at the receipts. 🧵👇

In the first video, these individuals are using a post from @boonecutler and repost by @GenFlynn that was meant to bring Awareness and education on what is weaponized against us and our children and we will break that down. The podcasters use it to bring relevance to Q while ignoring the message.

The second video shouldn’t need an explanation on how disgusting it is, but listen to how they say “ allegedly killed”
And how if you believe children were killed in that Catholic school shooting “You are following a narrative” while they are pushing a “narrative”!

Wake up and stop giving these people your attention. This isn’t a game 😡
Here is the link to @boonecutler post.

what’s described in these two screenshots from The Citizen’s Guide to Fifth Generation Warfare is very much a scenario that can (and does) take place on social media. Here’s how it lines up:

📌 Social Media as a Recruitment and Radicalization Space
•AI-driven bots and chatbots on platforms like X (Twitter), Facebook, Telegram, Discord, and TikTok can mimic human interaction.
•These bots use personalized engagement, just as the text describes, to “groom” individuals by feeding them extremist narratives, memes, or “inside information” that builds trust and belonging.
•Social media’s algorithmic amplification accelerates exposure: once someone engages with extremist-leaning content, recommendation systems can funnel them deeper into echo chambers.

📌 “Lone Wolf” Radicalization Online

The text outlines how recruiters (traditionally humans) might:
•Target isolated or vulnerable individuals.
•Build trust through repeated interactions.
•Gradually desensitize them to violence.

On social media:
•AI-driven accounts now do this at scale, blending into online communities (e.g., gaming forums, incel boards, niche Telegram groups).
•“Digital grooming” phases (exposure → grievance development → new identity → action) can unfold entirely online.

📌 Why Social Media is Effective
•Anonymity makes it easier for recruiters or bots to hide their true identity.
•Global reach allows extremist networks to reach isolated individuals anywhere.
•Constant availability: bots can engage 24/7, unlike human recruiters.
•Low traceability: as the guide notes, AI-driven manipulation leaves little or no footprint—harder for authorities to detect.

📌 Real-World Indicators

The second screenshot even references case studies like Elliot Rodger (Isla Vista killings) and Chris Harper-Mercer (Umpqua shooting). While not all such cases can be tied directly to AI manipulation, incel forums, extremist groups, and algorithm-driven radicalization pipelines on social media have been well-documented by researchers.

In this exact scenario (AI-driven radicalization and grooming for “lone wolf” style violence) can and does occur on social media. What the guide is pointing out is that what used to require human recruiters is now being outsourced to AI bots and amplification networks online.

Structural Parallels Between UAC/Eisner and Soros/Arabella Networks

This report examines two seemingly distinct financial ecosystems — the UAC/Eisner nonprofit management system and the Soros/Arabella Advisors advocacy network — and demonstrates that they share the same structural DNA: management-company–based obfuscation. Both operate as multi-EIN, multi-entity networks that consolidate financial control in a hidden for-profit or centralized hub while presenting the appearance of decentralized, independent nonprofits.

By analyzing the flow of federal UAC funds (via Eisner Advisory Group and other management firms) and progressive advocacy dollars (via Soros-linked philanthropy and Arabella Advisors’ nonprofit funds), we show how billions of dollars are cycled through “legal” but opaque structures to fund political influence, advocacy campaigns, and institutional capture.

President Trump’s recent call for RICO scrutiny of Soros networks underscores the political resonance of these structures, and reinforces the need for systemic investigation of management-company obfuscation, whether in child welfare or political advocacy.

@GenFlynn @POTUS
@P_MilkCarton @SpartanX_Ray we have all the data to back this up, it’s to massive to post here

open.substack.com/pub/jeremibull…Image The UAC/Eisner Shell Game

Key Findings (from PDFs 1–10)
•$5.24B extracted from UAC program funding versus $2.6B federal allocation.
•69 mega-management firms (e.g., Eisner, KPMG, Baker Tilly) controlling 2,407+ nonprofits with $1.86B in executive compensation.
•Eisner Advisory Group LLC alone: 122 nonprofits, 186 EINs, $233.9M in compensation, concentrated in NY/NJ/PA.
•Shell EINs and zero-comp entities obscure real executive pay, which is consolidated under Eisner’s umbrella.
•Systemic tactic: affiliates appear “small” and “lean,” but actual pay and extraction are routed through the manager.

Pattern
•Obfuscation: EIN proliferation, name mismatches, address clustering.
•Control: management company dictates finances, while nonprofits retain the optics of independence.
•Extraction: funds siphoned out under “management fees” and “consulting,” invisible in affiliate Form 990s.

Research on the Story and Prevalence of Child Removal into Foster Care

The story shared— involving parental drug and alcohol addiction, infidelity leading to family separation, physical and emotional abuse, exposure to inappropriate adult behaviors, child abandonment, runaway at age 11, homelessness at 13, involvement in gangs for survival, sexual assault, and lifelong mental health impacts like unresolved trauma and estrangement from siblings— aligns with many documented experiences of children from dysfunctional or “broken” homes in the United States. Such narratives are unfortunately common, often stemming from intergenerational cycles of poverty, substance abuse, neglect, and domestic instability. Research indicates that these factors frequently result in children being removed from their homes and placed into foster care or, in cases where the system fails to intervene early, leading to homelessness or street involvement. According to national data, neglect is the leading cause of child removal, accounting for about 63% of foster care placements in recent years, while parental drug abuse contributes to around 32-36% of cases. Overall, substance abuse (including drugs and alcohol) is a factor in up to 39% of removals. Between 2000 and 2023, approximately 5.9 million children entered foster care in total, with over 1.6 million entries explicitly because of parental drug abuse; the proportion rose from 15% in 2000 to a peak of 36-39% around 2017-2021, before slightly declining to 32% by 2023. In 2023, 175,283 children entered foster care, with neglect at 63% and parental substance abuse at 32% as primary reasons. Children under age 5 are particularly vulnerable, comprising the fastest-growing group in foster care, often due to parental addiction.
Stories like this are not outliers; they reflect systemic patterns. For instance, nearly 60% of youth identified as homeless have histories of foster care, abuse, or domestic violence. Media and personal accounts often highlight abuse in broken homes leading to foster placement or runaway scenarios, with some children experiencing further trauma in foster care itself. The child welfare system handles millions of reports annually, and nationally, poverty-related neglect (not always intentional abuse) drives most removals—up to 80% in some areas. Long-term effects mirror the described lifelong pain: increased risks of mental health issues, substance abuse, incarceration, and unstable relationships for those from such backgrounds.
