I see a lot of criticism for schemes/ programmes which are aimed at candidates that are non-white...

If that is generally your view that it's a bad thing, here's a couple things for you to consider in your own time! 'Why are there no schemes for white people'

The media/ creative industries are a scheme for white people... the world is full of bring ins, unconscious bias and hiring because 'you remind me of myself'
