I have been duped by @SamsungIndia official customer care centre. I write so anyone reading this is vary of buying goods fm @Samsung
7th sep- my husband complained on thr official helpline tht he got frm a booklet (not online) tht came wt my 2 year old faulty fridge #fraudSamsung 7th sep- v get the confirmation on msg (attached) & an online tracker fr the complaint. Same night we notice the tracker states that our fridge has been repaired wt all QC done by technician Mr.Simon. This was obviously wrong, so questioned @SamsungIndia call centre again. #chor
