After the conquest of sindh, Arabs came in contact with indian scientific culture. Al-Biruni traveled widely in India in the early 11th century, thus his work has became the main source of knowledge about scientific transfer.

Since Sindh was under the rule of Caliph Mansur (753-774 AD), many scholars from the Sindh part of India came to Baghdad, along with books.
Alfazari and Yaqub Ibn Tariq translated them with the help of these scholars. Brahmagupta's works had a great influence on the Arab world.

Unfortunately, all the references to the story are from 10 years and could be attributed to one person, a painter Murali T. whose nom de plume is Chitrakaran.

It is illogical to say that Netaji was directly inspired by Savarkar. In fact,sometimes he has criticized Savarkar.But it is a blatant lie that Savarkar Betrayed Netaji & INA by siding with the British. So these 2 extremes are false.The truth lies in between these extremes.(1/n) It is sad that people widely share an article written by some closet Islamists like Shamsul Islam to defame Savarkar.The writer criticizes the militarisation policy of Savarkar & Mahasabha and accuses that it was to fight against Bose with the cooperation of the British.(2/n)

Savarkar's staunch supporter & associate Pandurang Mahadev Bapat, popularly known as Senapati Bapat was sent to Paris inorder to learn bomb making..(1/n) He succeeded in getting those Bomb manuals and sent them to Hemchandra Das, Abbas Mirza (who was a friend of Savarkar) and Savarkar himself. Savarkar was called as veer by Bhagat singh in 1924 in an article called 'viswaprem' in matwala magazine. So anyway it was before this book got published..(1)

The claim that it was written by Savarkar himself comes from the second publisher of the book, Dr. Ravindra Ramdas. No references were provided by him in preface to support the statement. It was definitely a very unusual statement to make 60 years after 1st edition published.(2)
