President Ruto has pardoned Davy Koech, former KEMRI boss. Also pardoned is Ann Wangari Mungai, charged with Murder in Nakuru. She was convicted, sentenced to death on 26/7/2004. Her appeal was dismissed on 2/3/2007. The death sentence was commuted to life imprisonment in 2010. Why Telkom Network keeps going off lately:🧵

Telkom was bought by the France Telecom (FT) and traded as Orange KE. As the majority shareholder, instead of injecting capital, FT advanced loans to Telkom at exorbitant rates.
