1. Volga Bulgaria (922 – 1236)
— Volga Bulgaria adopted Islam as a state religion in 922 – 66 years before the Christianization of Kievan Rus'. In 921 Volga Bulgaria 's ruler Almış converted to Islam and made alliances with Abbasids 2. Golden Horde (1251-1502)
— Berke Khan who had been converted to Islam in 1251, was enthroned as khan of the Golden Horde in 1258.
Islam became the state religion during the reign of Uzbeg Khan (1312–1341), who adopted Islam in 1313 and the entire horde became Muslim by 1315.

— The first mosque built by Muhammad ﷺ himself and mentioned as the "Mosque founded on piety since the first day" in the Quran. Largely rebuilt in the late 20th century. 2. Barwada Mosque, Before 623, Gujrat India 🇮🇳
— Built by Arab traders at the ancient port of Ghogha, Bhavnagar district in the state of Gujarat. The qibla of the mosque is faced towards Jerusalem. The mosque was abandoned by Muslims after the qibla was changed to Makkah in 623.
