The so-called civic (qytetar, граѓански) concept is probably the biggest swindle that US & EU are pulling onto non-Serb nations in the region. It is a concept that relies on selecting the communist elite brethren, stabilocracy scum and clientele of gangsterized oligarchs ...
... tasked to act as "modernist reformist" that are "blind to differences" and promote "western values". One look at every scene in the region is sufficient to see through that shameful mockery, this "puppet theater" of disgrace that is ruining people's lives.

We've been here before. At the end of the old and beginning of new cycle that takes 30 years from emerging (first decade of sacrifice), evolving (second decade of triumph) and dissipates in the third decade of decadence. We are on crossroads from generation 1981 to 2021.
To understand the opposition to VV today, we ought to understand first their roots, back in 1981 and first student demonstrations in Pristina. Which, indicatively enough, started out of deep economic discrimination and social inequality driven by old commie generation of 1945.

What Albanians out of 🇽🇰think of Albin Kurti & Vjosa Osmani?
If the strategy in 🇽🇰🇦🇱 is to bombard the public with slander & hate campaigns by oligarch media, the strategy in Macedonia is to ignore, sideline or downplay the role of both. And there is a reason for that.
It is a strategy that acknowledges the AK-VO enormous popularity among young Albanians, rural & urban, middle class. Attacking them in a way Pristina "media" does, can backfire and even boost their rating higher than it is now.

Amidst all regional polarization's, there is one ever-increasing common theme that unites two seemingly irreconcilable political factors in Balkans. The theme is “Kurti is same like Vucic/Milosevic” and the factors are the extreme right in Serbia/ Kosovo and NGO sector. 1/23
Be that Leo Beshiri, Dusan Janjic, Muhaxheri, or be that fiery extreme rightwingers on Belgrade & Prishtina TV. But what unites these usually bitterly opposed talking-heads in agreeing on inexistent similarities of Kurti & Vucic/Milosevic. 2/

As said before, Kurti is an anomaly in the region. But to get a better picture of the anomaly in Kosova, let us reflect what EU, US, NATO consider as normalcy in the region. Lets start with Macedonia.
Two years after joining NATO, Macedonia is engulfed in a complete catastrophe of judiciary, highest level of corruption by SDSM, DUI, VMRO, no investments promised as boon for accepting name-change, death-threats for disobedience.

Sam crap, different names. That would be the brief description of "new American strategy on Macedonia" which is nothing but a repetition of already seen US-orchestrated schizophrenia in Bosnia, Montenegro. Yet, Macedonia is good post-festum illustration of previous examples.
So, meet Ziadin Sela. Former confidant of Menduh Thaci (friend of Baton Haxhiu, Hashim Thaci). While with Menduh, Sela got elected as Mayor of Struga and Menduh lost Tetova. Of course, having a municipality means more say in party. And having lost a municipality means less say.

Who are Vucic, Rama, Abazovic, Ahmeti?
That is not the question.
It is not even an important question.
The real question is: what are they?
In a way, they are the embodiment of a supremacist outlook on us, the region, the Homo Balkanikus. A demonstration of "you don't deserve better" silent, unspoken empty space between words and lines of enlargement speeches. They are a subliminal blip of racist outlook on us.

Deep in the background of this round of tensions, there is a factor that is often overlooked in analyzing Serbia and Kosova. It is generational & cultural conflict embodied in Vucic & Kurti. To illustrate, I invite you to read the Serbian reactions to arrest of Marko Djuric ....
... by the Government of Haradinaj / Thaci and the reactions to actions undertaken by Kurti / Osmani government. While arrest of Djuric was a more direct provocation vs Serbia, acts of "entering building, license plates etc." are purely an internal matter.

Western Ambassadors should refrain from dip-splaining to Kosovars on anything related to Special Court. Those who distrust Kosovars to host the Tribunal in Prishtina are the last who should appeal and call on Kosovars to "trust us!". You get trusted as much as you extend trust.
And the first day of the trial only strengthened distrust among Albanians. It was obvious that the Prosecution goal today was to commit a character assassination against Hashim Thaci by pointing out his "secret visits" to Den Hague. Um, was he supposed to make them public? ...

The ongoing "status quo" in w/Balkans was since 2015 dictated by US/EU favoritism of Serbia on account of neighboring nations. For their own interest, EU/US followed Serbia's line on keeping Albanians under constant suspicion of Great Albania ...
... Bosniaks under constant suspicion of Islamic fundamentalism, Montenegrins under constant suspicion of mafia-state. It was a policy of deliberate chauvinism-by-proxy promoted mainly by Germany, France, Austria, Hungary, Turkey with silent tacit approval by US.

Montenegro elections: Belgrade by the Sea or Banja Luka by Lovcen.
The second round of presidential elections in🇲🇪 is going to be this week hot-topic. The names on the ballot are President Milo Djukanovic and Jakov Milatovic. The political choice is somewhat more complicated. 1
No doubt the outcome is closely watched and nervously monitored by Belgrade, as the final result could have serious implications over 🇷🇸. Defeat of Djukanovic will signify - among many things - the elimination of dangerous and humiliating prospect of 🇲🇪 joining 🇪🇺 before 🇷🇸. 2/

Every year 40.000 Serbs emigrate from Serbia. There are about 100.000 Serbs in Kosova. So within four years, proportionally Serbia has lost two Kosovo Serb populace.
But Vucic, Hill, Escobar, Chollet care so much about Kosovo Serbs.
Most of emigrants are young, professional, educated. Forced to leave as they can't grow under autocratic regimes, for 20 years supported by all sorts of Montgomeries, Hills, Escobars, Lajcaks frolicking with Dodiks, Vucics, Kostunica Thaci & balkan gangstas.
But beware Putin.

The worst scenario emerging from yesterday: both 🇺🇲🇪🇺 are indebted to @albinkurti and his willingness to agree & sign, while Vucic the darling of Lajcak-Borrell, refuses both. Kurti is keeping the process alive and saving US/EU from losing face for not delivering signed agreement
Silence or pumped-up statements by Borrell, Escobar, silence by Hill, Chollet indicate they are aware of own failure re- Serbia. As I said before talks, focus should now shift to negotiators failed strategies and relying on only-carrots for 🇷🇸 approach.
