Day 6 RAT negative, did a zoom appt for brother, drove around to get RATs, and had maybe an hour of actually doing work where my concentration was on point and finished reviewing a couple papers..

Officially a PhD candidate today 🤗😅. And I:
Slept til 11, took Mum to do errands & to her hosp appt, helped w student assignment issues, did some lecture & focus group prep, bought a 1st bday present & PJs for me 😏, & read an article on fat bias & healthcare..
