Most screeners for small cap stocks are useless
Wrong floats. Outdated data. Generic filters that catch nothing.
So we built one from scratch with manual audits and powerful filters.
Here are a few filters we use to find high probability runners🧵
Filter #1 – Theme Ignition
Catch every ticker in a hot sector the morning the theme starts.
This filter nailed day-one movers like $AQMS, $GWAV, $STI, $GTI during the lithium theme.
Settings:
• News keyword: “lithium”
• Float < 5M
• Nasdaq

Important Changes to Nasdaq's Minimum Bid Price Rules 🚨
Here's what you need to know...
Old Rules:
Nasdaq requires all listed companies to maintain a minimum bid price of $1 per share
When a stock fell below $1, companies had:
- An initial 180-day period to regain compliance
- Possibility of a second 180-day period
- Could appeal and continue trading on Nasdaq during appeals
- This meant companies could potentially trade below $1 for up to 540 days while working to regain compliance
