1. Tithi - It's a Saptami tithi which is fine as per Muhurat Parameter ..
It would been great if they have chosen the Muhurat after 1330 pm when most auspicious Sarvatha Siddhi Yoga also would have formed which is one of the most cherish in Muhurat ..
Still it's fine..
2. The Karana is Balava which is fine and Yoga is Vyaghata which is not at all ideal as per muhurat parameters for oath taking
It should have been avoided..
3.Lagna - Taurus, Its Prishtodaya sign which is not ideal as per Muhurat Paramerters..
But the best thing about this one is it's a Fixed sign which is always preferred for Oath taking muhurat it provides stability to the govt formed..
So overall it's good even not best..
