No, because a fetus can't make choices. 'Existential' is the process of growth from dependency - to a liberated state. To have freedom and responsibility - which take a measure of self-awareness.
A mother is always existential, a fetus is dependent on HER existential choices.
Furthermore, @j__kay those who try to protect fetuses don't do it to give them existential rights.
Allowing babies to be born who aren't wanted and can't be taken care of doesn't give them existential rights. It forces the fetus into a situation that harms them. It's abuse.
