This should’ve NEVER happened in a rational real estate market:

A piece of Aspen land bought for $10M flipped for $76.25M.

In less than a year.

Raw land that fooled every broker, investor, and elected official in town. When the buyer paid $10M, everyone said the same thing:

“We’ve peaked.”

Then the resale hit at $76.25M…

Suddenly the entire valley realized they’d been dead wrong.
