Caroline Schroeder, who filed a Title IX complaint in 2017, is making public comment before the meeting begins. She says many will be blamed today and says Tom Galligan is doing his best. But she is also saying the university is only here because USA Today published its stories. Now Tom Galligan is speaking, calling this "a sad and unfortunate chapter of our university's history." Says today will also move LSU toward a place where sexual misconduct cases and domestic violence is handled properly.
