1/At a time when we are supposed 2 be sheltering in place amidst a global pandemic, the deaths of Regis Korchinski-Paquet, D’Andre Campbell, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery remind us that, even in lock down, across Turtle Island, the war against Black ppl rages on 2/ Regis Korchinski-Paquet was 29 years old; and like many of us, she needed support. Instead she was killed by the police. She leaves behind a grieving family — a grieving community. We extend our deepest love and condolences to the family, loved ones, and friends of Regis.
