Two days ago, I announced our plans to install solar streetlight in certain hot spots in Dan Iya Road and Printers Village, Gaji Ward. I am pleased to announce that under the leadership of my campaign DG and Senior Counselor, Constituency Affairs, Hon. Auwalu Bakori. The installation of light in Dan Iya Road and Printer’s Village in Gaji Ward has been completed.

In the name of God, the most beneficial, the most merciful. Last night, my team continued the distribution of palliatives to the excellent people of Kaduna North. Under the advice of our Chairman, @MuktarBaloni and the two House of Assembly Members in Kaduna North, Hon. @AminuAnti Lawal and Hon. Naziru Sanusi Abubakar, representing Doka/Gabasawa and Kawo State Constituency.

In the name of God, the most beneficial, the most merciful, on February 9, 2024, I announced that I had released the sum of one million naira in line with the CCT policy of the Federal Government. The sum was directed at vulnerable at the ward level. I also announced an ad hoc to discharge and implement the task. I told the committee members to liaise with Hon. Aminu Lawal Aunty, the House of Assembly Member representing Doka/Gabasawa for guidance, who is also from Maiburuji Ward.

Update: In the name of Allah, the most beneficial, the most merciful. Four days ago, I announced that my team and I have facilitated the distribution of fertiliser to farmers in Maiburuji Ward. The ad hoc has completed the work and I felt it was necessary to provide an update. I am pleased to announce that the above mentioned ad hoc committee under the Chairmanship of Ashiru Sani has completed the assignment and they have done well. Earlier today, I signed a letter of completion commending the contractor for a job well done. Our people are grateful.

Update: Two months ago, I setup an ad hoc committee to pay the tuition fees of Kaduna North LGA pupils in Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic, Zaria. The ad hoc committee has done a remarkable job and yesterday the committe provided me with the names of the beneficiaries. I had released the sum of 5 million naira to the Mallam Nuhu Bamalli Education Fund, named after the father of His Royal Highness, the Emir of Zazzau for the initiative and stated plans to move other institutions such as ABU, FCE and College of Education, Gidan Waya soon.

Update: I have officially written to Comptroller Correctional Service, Kaduna Command about our plans to bail out inmates in line with the Federal Government’s policy to decongest our Correctional Facilities. Five days ago, I released the sum of two million to bail out inmates that are being held because they cannot afford to bail themselves out. I am pleased to hear that the committee has swung to action by engaging management of the Kaduna Correctional Services.

Update: Exactly a week ago, I announce that under the advise and direction of my friend and brother since Essence Primary School and the Chairman of Kaduna North Local Government, @MuktarBaloni. That I had released the sum of two million naira to bailout certain Kaduna North residents from a Correctional Facility in Kaduna North Federal Constituency. As a lawmaker, my job is to compliment the work of the Federal Government and the State Government when it is worth it.

I am pleased to announce that under the advise and direction of the Chairman of Kaduna North Local Government, @MuktarBaloni, I have released the sum of two million naira to bailout certain Kaduna North residents from a Correctional Facility in Kaduna North Federal Constituency. Yesterday, my brother from now until eternity and a classmate since Primary 1 in Essence International School, Chairman @MuktarBaloni, paid a courtesy visit to my office in Abuja. As the Chairman of our local government, Kaduna North. He was also the Co-Chairman of my Camapign Council. We discussed extensively about our plans for Kaduna North. We have always worked as a team and we will continue to do so for the benefit of our people.

In the name Almighty God, the most gracious, the most merciful. I am pleased to announce that I will be setting up an ad hoc committee to distribute 1, 500 books to the pupils of ECWA & St. Michael School, Ibrahim Taiwo Road, Shaba Ward. This is in partnership with the National Board for Arabic and Islamic Studies (NBAIS) to assist us in distributing more books to other students.

Yesterday, I had the distinct honour of visiting the Chief of Defence Staff of Nigeria, General Christopher Gwabin Musa OFR. General CG Musa is a courageous son of Kaduna State. I used the opportunity to discuss critical legislation that can help tackle the insecurity challenge. The focal point of the discussion revolved around the pressing matter of insecurity in Kaduna and the NW, with a shared commitment to collaboratively address this concern. I also made a plea about the kidnapped girls in Fugus. #BringBackFugusGirls.

Update: Five days ago, I set up an ad hoc committee under the Chairmanship of the Deputy DG of my campaign, Nuhu Lere, Sly, to distribute text books to various primary schools in Kaduna North. I had stated that after much discussions, the agency had agreed to supply more books to be distributed to other schools for the sake of fairness. I am pleased that they we have now done that.

Earlier, I announced that I have facilitated the deployment of 15 street light poles on Sadiq Mamman Lagos Street, in Unguwar Shanu/Abakpa Ward. The location was decided by @MuktarBaloni, the Chairman of Kaduna North LGA, a friend and brother since nursery school in Essence International School.
The project will be completed in 3-5 days by the grace of God, all thanks to the good people of the Rural Electrification Agency (REA) and their amiable MD, @ModiSalihijo. I am eternally grateful for this partnership.

I am pleased to update you on the latest briefing from the ad hoc committee that I setup for the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) program in my constituency. This is Phase I of the project. A few weeks ago, I announced my decision to give the sum of ten thousand to the most vulnerable and poorest members in my constituency.
I never said it will get to all. But the ad hoc committee has started disbursing the funds to those we can help. I am delighted to inform you that so far, the committee has engaged with 365 out of 400 earmarked beneficiaries across the four wards.

I present The Mallam Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic Education Empowerment Initiative for Kaduna North pupils that are studying in the Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic in Zaria. I have released the sum of five million naira for this initiative.

Yesterday, I released the sum of one million fourty naira to every single member that has ever accepted my ad hoc committee work. Allah ya ba ku lada. I will do more. Insha Allah. I also released the sum of five hundred thousand naira to the twenty women I recommended for ICT training. The sum is to help them with logistics and transport.

I went ahead to release the sum of one million naira only to the sub committees to pay the tuition fees of underprivileged pupils in various Islamic Schools in Kawo and Shaba Ward.

In the name of Allah SWT, the most mericiful. After setting up two ad-hoc committees to complete a minor assignment two weeks ago in selected Islamic Schools in Kaduna North. I then went ahead to release the sum of one million naira only to the sub committees to pay the tuition fees of underprivileged pupils in various Islamic Schools in Kawo and Shaba Ward.

I am deeply humbled and at the same time challenged by my appointment today, by the leadership of the 10th House of Representatives of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, as the Chairman of the House Committee on Banking Regulations. My profound appreciation goes to His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Tajuddeen Abbas, our Royal Prince and leader, as well as the Selection Committee for finding me worthy of this high responsibility.

I am pleased to hear that the ad hoc committee I setup to fence the Baptist in Graveyard in Hayin is already working. Under the Chairmanship of Reverend Elisha Bulus, the ad hoc committee paid a visit to the site to ensure the project is completed in two weeks. During the campaign, I did the same to the cemetery in my Ward, Kawo, in order to ensure that the souls of our loved ones are resting in dignity. I bought the land next to the graveyard in order to expand the Kawo cemetery. It was a graveyard for Muslims.

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. I am setting up two ad-hoc committees to complete a minor assignment by Monday. I have released the sum of one million naira only to the sub committees to pay the tuition fees of underprivileged pupils in various Islamic Schools in Kawo and Shaba Ward. The sub-committee of Kawo will be chaired by AL Amin Murtala Daboh while the one of Shaba Ward will be chaired by Auwal Bakori. Each sub-committee will have 6 members to assist in the disbursement of the funds. I intend to do the same for two other wards by next week.
