How come security and safety staff not know how to evacuate people during emergency situations ?
It is obvious there is no regular drill done in preparation of this unfortunate accident #portharcourtmall People had to be carried behind pick up Vans in place of proper ambulances. The Rivers State University Teaching Hospital is just a 3 minutes walk from the mall and has no functional ambulance service.
This is 2019, not 1978.
