As the 5th Circuit now debates the so called "abortion pill, it is important to look at the facts. The case should have been dimississed for lack of standing. The plaintiffs could show no tangible harm. The FDA first approved mifepristone for medical termination of pregnancy more than 20 years ago after extensive scientific evidence and data was presented and reviewed. It has been safely used since 2000 and since 2016 has been approved for use through ten weeks gestation.

1. Trump has called both COVID19 and climate change “a hoax” -- which science has proved it certainly is not! 2.
