What it means to live on the minimum wage, a thread.
Disclaimer... I am not on the minimum wage. I am actually on a really good wage. HOWEVER, I grew up in a very blue collar family and when I first moved to Sydney, I was on the minimum wage for several years.
Living on the minimum wage means you waste NOTHING. If you burn some toast, for example, you scrape off the burnt bit and eat it.

On #WorldMentalHealth, I will now give you my incredibly wise and useful tips towards having moderately decent mental health. I'm an expert - at having mental health issues - which might seem like I have no idea what I'm talking about, but these things have helped me (a bit)
1) Boring as it sounds, get enough sleep. You feel absolutely EVERYTHING more when you are sleep deprived. Plus, sleep is great for stopping everything hurting for a while. Unless you have weirdarse dreams. But even then.
