This segment of the document provides an overview of how Cuba as a revolutionary Marxist regime less than 100 miles from Americas territory doesn't have cigars as its most profitable export, but rather it is gay race communism, and it pushes this heavily onto America, specifically naming both historical organizations like The Black Panthers and the Weather Underground, as well as anti-ICE activists and Antifa as modern examples.
This lays out immediately that the continued existence of this regime harms our domestic tranquility and supports Americas worst domestic enemies.
