I drove 37 km on the Aba-Enugu expressway to Okigwe yesterday, connecting from the Abia Towers, without seeing a single pothole until we branched off at Okigwe towards Uturu. I was as pleasantly surprised as the Taxi driver that carried me from Owerri. The fantastic road cut our journey by half! I thought I’ll share this testimony because an Igbo adage says “E too dike na nke o mere, o mekwa zoo”. The ride back to Aba was just as smooth until we got towards Tonimas area.
