What's a more compelling argument to turn voters out?

"We've opened abortion care on federal land so women are still protected, but that could easily go away if you don't vote."

"We did nothing but tell you to vote and everything will remain the same if you don't vote." If they opened abortion care on federal land, who would they lose votes from? No one. People that already hate abortion would vote for Republicans. People who care about abortion would vote for the party actually doing something to proect them other than telling them to vote.
