MAJOR DRUG BUST: Canadians and Singhs are making headlines in Australia

Australian Federal Police say 280kg of liquid methamphetamine was imported from Vancouver, Canada in an industrial cooler.

Seven people, including the two Canadians, have been arrested and denied bail. Gurvinder Singh is named as the alleged ringleader.

Police say the investigation targeted “trusted insiders” helping transnational serious organized crime syndicates that purported to be able to circumvent border controls.

Why do Singhs appear repeatedly in high-level drug busts? Last year, in Canada’s largest fentanyl superlab bust—valued at over $500 million—a Punjabi-Canadian man was arrested in rural B.C.

How many “trusted insiders” are embedded in Canadian airports, ports, political offices, courts, and law enforcement? Are criminal networks exploiting religious or ethnic identities as shields? 🧵👇🏻

IN-DEPTH: How Former Minister Tim Uppal’s Brother Avoided Trial Twice on Drug & Firearm Charges
This exclusive report uncovers how a federal minister, a Department of Justice lawyer, and their family member charged with cocaine trafficking all listed the same residential address.

Raymanpreet Singh Uppal, brother of then-Minister of Multiculturalism @TimUppal, was charged with cocaine trafficking in 2014 and drug possession in 2008, yet in both cases, federal prosecutors withdrew the charges against him. In 2014, prosecutors secured convictions for his white co-accused while dropping charges against the minister's brother and another Sikh.

Do criminal charges disappear when you’re the relative of a minister and a Department of Justice lawyer?

In the 2014 cocaine trafficking bust, four individuals were charged, yet Edmonton Police stated they searched only three houses and one vehicle.

Did they search the Ellerslie Road property—or was it spared to avoid the scandal of raiding a property linked to a minister, a Department of Justice lawyer, and their parents, for drugs and firearms? 🧵 While the mainstream media reported on the charges, they failed to uncover a critical detail: The residential address listed for Raymanpreet in court records is the same residential address listed by his brother Tim Uppal, their parents, and Tim’s wife, Kiran Bhinder—a lawyer for the Department of Justice and a former executive with the World Sikh Organization (WSO).

Key References in Documents
Elections Canada Records:
Tim Uppal, his wife Kiran Bhinder (a DOJ lawyer), his parents, and his brother Raymenpreet Singh Uppal have all listed this address at various times.
It was used in Tim Uppal’s largest recorded single political donation ($4,500) to the Conservative Party.

Court Records:
This property was listed as the residential address for Raymenpreet Singh Uppal when he was charged in both 2008 and 2014 with drug and firearm offenses.

World Sikh Organization (WSO) Filings:
Kiran Bhinder, as a high-ranking executive of WSO, listed this address in official WSO documents alongside her DOJ email.

Land Titles & Corporate Records:
The incorporation statement of Raymenpreet’s numbered company (1161358 Alberta LTD.) initially listed this address.Image

EXCLUSIVE: Jagmeet Singh’s Father Lost His Medical License Twice—But Regulators ERASED It from Public Records
Dr. Jagtaran Singh Dhaliwal, father of NDP leader @theJagmeetSingh, had his medical license suspended twice, yet his disciplinary record was erased by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

"The Ontario government and the CPSO have protected Dr. Jagtaran by not disclosing detrimental actions that were taken against this highly questionable alcoholic physician," says Bob Rai, a victim of a fake forensic pathologist who has previously exposed questionable doctors.

Dr. Jagtaran Singh Dhaliwal’s first suspension came in 2004, when regulators ordered a competency evaluation. Though his license was later reinstated with restrictions, he lost it again that same year for violating those conditions. It wasn’t until 2008 that his license was reinstated—again with restrictions that remained in place until 2013.

Despite this serious disciplinary history, his record has been erased from CPSO's public database, making it impossible for patience to access these past suspensions.

However, in the U.S.-based DocInfo database, maintained by the Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB), these disciplinary actions are still documented—revealing a glaring discrepancy between what Ontario regulators allow the public to see and what remains available elsewhere.

Adding to the concerns, his medical school records don’t align. The CPSO database lists him as a graduate of Punjabi University, while DocInfo states he graduated from Government Medical College, Patiala—two distinct institutions.

It was known that Jagmeet Singh’s father suffered from severe alcoholism while practicing as a psychiatrist in Ontario. What was not known, however, is that the CPSO deleted the history of disciplinary actions arising from it, arguably robbing patients of the agency to determine whether that information is still relevant.

"Function as an institution in Canada, not an institution operating out of Pakistan," Rai urges the CPSO. Follow and support @MediaBezirgan for more exclusive news coverage. EXCLUSIVE: Edmonton Mayor Amarjeet Sohi Walks Away from Tough Questions

I asked His Worship, Mayor Sohi, whether he would still be in an Indian jail cell if it weren’t for the Canadian government's intervention to secure his release, despite him not being a Canadian citizen at the time.

Once again, His Worship met my questions with silence.
Follow @MediaBezirgan for more updates. Amarjeet Sohi was once accused by the Indian government of being a Khalistani terrorist.
He was charged and jailed for about two years.
Sohi maintains that he was a political prisoner.
Despite not being a Canadian citizen at the time, the Mulroney government, CSIS, and Edmonton MP David Kilgour intervened to help secure his release and bring him to Canada.

This is why I would like to know if he could have been released from jail without the intervention of the Canadian government. Check the CBC article.Image

The courtroom is full, the corridor seats are full, the accredited media row is full, and the parking lot is packed. Cameras are set, police are on standby, and tensions are high as the remaining two of the Coutts Four face the judge for sentencing today.

They were found innocent of conspiracy to murder police but guilty of other charges, such as possession of a firearm for dangerous purposes, by a jury of their peers after spending over 900 days in remand without bail.

Earlier this year the other 2 men were released after a plea deal that had the conspiracy to murder charge dropped.

The crown asks for 9 years.

EXCLUSIVE:
Khalistan separatists gathered in front of India's consulate in Vancouver with effigies of Indira Gandhi and her Sikh bodyguards who assassinated her.

The effigies of the bodyguards were depicted with weapons, and Indira Gandhi's effigy had bullet holes. Gandhi, India's first female prime minister, was assassinated by her Sikh bodyguards after she ordered a military operation against militants using the Golden Temple, Sikhism's holiest shrine, as a base.

Today, the Khalistani lobby in Canada, through MPs connected to the World Sikh Organization, demands that the deadly riots following Gandhi's assassination be recognized as a ''genocide.''

Signs reading "KILL MODI politics" were spotted, and a picture of Talwinder Singh Parmar, the self-proclaimed mastermind of the Air India bombings, was being glorified as a "Canadian Singh who attained martyrdom fighting Indian terror forces."

Indian flags, India's constitution, and a Russian flag were desecrated and burned.

Follow and support @MediaBezirgan for more exclusive on-the-ground journalism. Who was Talwinder Singh Parmar, the self-proclaimed mastermind of the deadliest terror attack in Canadian history?

EXCLUSIVE:
Canadian Police Participate in Parade Glorifying Terrorists Including Talwinder Singh Parmar

Billed as a "religious parade" in Calgary, Alberta, this event took on a distinctly political tone, displaying posters that accused India of assassinations and featured names and images of Khalistani militants—individuals recognized as terrorists by Canada and/or India.

What's most concerning is the police participation in a parade where the suspected mastermind of Canada's deadliest terror attack is glorified.

It's no secret that the Khalistani sect of the Sikh community regards Parmar as a hero in their places of worship, referring to him as a "shaheed," meaning martyr.

Calgary's mayor @JyotiGondek also spoke at the event.

How can @RCMPAlberta, @AlbertaSheriffs, and @CalgaryPolice justify participating in such a parade? Just a few days ago, all 3 leaders of major political parties participated in another "religious event" where Khalistan slogans and anti-India posters were present. This caused tensions to rise with India. But all 3 parties need their votes.

🧵Today, leaders from the Liberal, Conservative, and NDP parties joined the Khalsa parade (Parade of the Pure) in Toronto to appeal to Khalistan voters.

Trudeau was gifted a sword, while Pierre took things a step further than Trudeau by bending the knee, and Jagmeet delivered his entire speech in Punjabi. Seeing all political parties having to pander like this reminds me of this interview with ex-Sikh Bob Rai who explains how ghetto politics work in Canada: "This was not the Canada I remember growing up."

BREAKING: @ABDanielleSmith's government is considering auditing @AmarjeetSohiYEG's city of Edmonton.

"He is a compromised corrupt politician, one of the worst ever in the history of Canada, a cancer to society," is how Bob Rai, an industry whistleblower, characterizes Amarjeet Sohi's conduct.

In this thread, I will show why a full public inquiry led by a non-partisan legal authority is needed for everything Amarjeet Sohi was involved in, as the Alberta government would not be qualified for such an investigation due to their contamination by association with Sohi. "He is the most highly unqualified politician ever inside of this country. His only education is ESL and terrorism in India."

Amarjeet Sohi's educational background is limited to completing a high school ESL program, an English course designed for immigrants.
His professional experience is primarily as a bus driver. Additionally, he has a history of being jailed in India facing various charges including Khalistani terrorism.

Given this background, questions arise as to why @JustinTrudeau would appoint someone with such a resume to significant positions such as the Minister of Infrastructure and the Minister of Natural Resources.

HAPPENING NOW:
Khalistan supporters in Vancouver have gathered to protest India.

Some are armed with swords and have full face coverings.

They’re calling for the boycott of Air India.
Their speeches are not in English.

In Canada Sikhs have a special religious exemption to carry their swords in public.

EXCLUSIVE:
This is the letter Edmonton's current mayor @AmarjeetSohiYEG wrote to the press in January 1990 as an Indian national in an Indian prison pleading his innocence against criminal cases that have been "foisted" on him in India.

Sohi was accused of being a "Khalistani activist, a trained Canadian terrorist who had come to train left-wing Bihar activists in methods of mass murder".

He faced many serious charges including terrorism, possession of arms, as well as attempted murder.

Despite not being a Canadian citizsen at the time, he was freed with the help of the nefarious conservative Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, CSIS, and a Khalistani sympathizing MP David Kilgour who was serving in the riding of his family that resided in Edmonton, Alberta.

Sohi maintains that he was not charged despite his own letter, and he has not responded to my inquiries about this contradiction.

According to a news article in 2015 by now-Senator @Paulatics, Sohi was never charged with anything and he was a "political prisoner" being held "without a trial for almost 2 years".

Her report came out in the Edmonton Journal just after Sohi was given the federal Liberal ticket by Justin Trudeau in February 2015.

Paula Simons republished the article again on October 29, 2015, just before Sohi became the Infrastructure Minister of Canada on November 4, 2015.

Despite Simons report, CBC confirms that Sohi was charged while imprisoned in India.

Paula Simons did not respond to my inquiry regarding this matter.

LIVE FROM COUTTS 4 PRE-TRIAL:
The continuation of the adjourned pre-trial hearings back in July is about to begin now.

The 4 protesters are accused of conspiracy to murder RCMP, and they’ve been held in remand for 620+ days without bail or a conviction.

Many believe them to be political prisoners for having opposed government’s vaccine mandates by participating in a border blockade in Coutts, Alberta that lasted about 18 days.

I will be posting live updates under this thread.
Keep in mind that there’s a publication ban in place on certain contents of the hearing.

You can go to for more exclusive coverage on this story you probably haven’t seen before.

You can also support my efforts at
Image CLOSED COURT.

The court has begun with only lawyers being allowed before the judge.

The public, media, and even the 4 men themselves are not allowed to be present at this time.

According to close friends of the men, discussions from yesterday’s hearing regarding “the envelope” is taking place where the judge delayed his decision indefinitely on whether or not to open “the envelope.”

We’ve been informed that we’d be let in after.

The bail hearing is back from break.
Judge is now listening to arguments from the crown after having heard the defense of Chris Carbert, one of Coutts 4 men who has been under pre-trial custody for over 600 days.
I will deliver the results as soon as it becomes available. There is a publication ban on the hearing, so I can't get into details too much as it stands.
