FROM BIGO: 12/27/23 at 4AM I was pulled from my cell, processed, and put on "con air" to Oklahoma. Others were allowed to make phone calls. I was taken to the hole. I asked why, I was told because I was a J6er. I was locked down for 24 hours a day with a 6'5 280 lbs murderer with 29 convictions for assault on police officers. For six days he threatened to knock me out. Finally I was moved to another cell. On day 10 I was given one 15 minute call to my wife who was worried because she didn't know where I was for 10 days.

Considering the extreme bias of the juries in DC, I want to share with you this factual data on such bias as filed in a brief in another case and shared with me by my atty. @Jon_Gross. The 15 pages that follow in this thread are well worth the read. Pubic record so no redaction

Thread 1) when I was in the hole in prison in DC, I met and communicated with a young black man that was in the cell next to me through the ventilation vents. I was in the hole for quite some time so we got to know each other well. He was a good kid. 21 years old. 2) He had been in trade school on the outside and in prison was taking courses in solitary confinement with occasional visits from his teacher.
