Nickel particles were physically found in the gut tissue of people with Crohn’s disease. 40% of Crohn's patients test positive for nickel allergy. I’m convinced that nickel is one of the most overlooked yet harmful heavy metals. It can trigger instant allergic reactions that mimic severe gut issues.
