If the idea is to have so many different people from so many different backgrounds living in peace, unity & harmony under certain undeniable ideas like a constitution, our beliefs, morals, & values all have to intersect somewhere. Having the @beauechov same psychosocial tools (at the earliest points of learning & development) is the cognitive level of least harm so that at least the choice to utilize them or not is still the individuals. The current trick is to give white kids a different set of tools vs the ones given

@beauechov @Livingbird18 Understood, however I believe each of us are given psychosocial tools to work with our internal perceptions in order to formulate how we process info from a situation into outcomes that match or at least resemble the interpretations of others. This is why they don't want CRT @beauechov @Livingbird18 taught at the K-5 levels because they don't want white kids having the same psychosocial tools that blk kids use to process unearned or ambient biases. It's ok & expected for us to see ourselves/feel as less but it's not ok/detrimental for white kids to internalize the same.

Regardless of the history that goes back further than chattel slavery, the core issue is the homophobia in the blk community. If you a cishetero blk 🚹 🚺 & secure in that--why be so bothered & confused by same sexuality?
