Why does @UberEats allow people who don't speak English to deliver on their platform that is in English?
Makes no sense. If there's literally no way to communicate without running everything through a translator, it's not efficient or fair to the customer.
Just. Saying.
Ok I used Google translate. Now I see why my driver was so angry and hostile towards me. Because I live on a very well maintained, pristine gravel road.
I'm in the mountains of Goodyear, Az. so, this isn't anything unusual.
Furthermore, I do believe it is clearly noted in my delivery instructions. When given the option, I *always* put in my account that I'm at the "second house on the right on the gravel road".
Of course he wouldn't know that since he speaks no English!
I still don't know why he wouldn't drive to the driveway. It's got less gravel on it than the road. Seemed he just wanted to punish me by making me walk, but whatever.
If he expected me to message him *after* he picks up my order that I live in a gravel road just so he can cancel my delivery, he's out of his mind.
