For non-Sikhs jibe from @thekiranbedi may be a very small thing but for chaps like me who grew up in 80s in Haryana or Delhi. It is like scratching old wounds ++ We have faced discrimination in hands of teachers, been butt of jokes from classmates, been accused of being an “Atankawadi” when I was too young to know what it even means. Random uncle will touch or pull my jooda while walking on the road. ++
