Pro tip:
Always take caution putting products with both exfoliating acids and mineral oil on your face
That’s a recipe for a chemical burn (ask me how I know)
Examples:
✨ Salicylic acid + mineral oil
✨ Lactic acid + mineral oil
✨ Glycolic acid + mineral oil
Lotions like this are better suited for bodily exfoliation
- niacinamide (will also fix the red spots which are post inflammatory erythema)
- exfoliating acids (mandelic would be good for you @p8stie, it’ll flush out the excess oil)
- retinoids
