The Jab You Should Have Taken (Big Pharma Wants This BANNED)

Thymosin Alpha 1 is a 28 amino acid peptide that modulates immune system activity

I knew I struck gold when I caught a cold, took a 2mg shot, and woke up the next day feeling GREAT

The cough, runny nose, and body aches: GONE

I proceeded to do my morning cardio as if I never got sick

"This seems too good to be true," I thought

And it still does.

But after testing it again myself and comparing notes with fellow researchers, I can at least say that it works

The potency and effectiveness of this peptide gave me no choice but to go on a 3-day turbo autist PubMed rabit hole

Here's what the research says about Thymosin Alpha 1's potential benefits:

1) Immune System Modulation

Ta1 enhances the function of certain immune cells, including T-cells and dendritic cells, which play a critical role in immune response.

2) Antiviral Properties

Studies suggest it has the potential to fight against various viral infections by enhancing the body's antiviral immune response.

3) Antibacterial Effects

Ta1 may also have antibacterial properties, supporting the immune system in fighting bacterial infections.

4) Cancer Treatment Adjunct

Some research suggests that Ta1 could be useful as an adjunct treatment in cancer therapy.

It may improve the efficacy of certain cancer treatments by boosting the immune system.

5) Hypertension Management

Hypertension is a leading cause of cardiovascular and kidney disease.

Ta1 appears to act as on ACE inhibitor, which relaxes blood vessels and lowers blood pressure.

6) Autoimmune Disease Management

Ta1 appears to modulate the immune system in a way that could be beneficial for treating certain autoimmune diseases.

7) Chronic Disease Management

Due to its ability to differentially stimulate immune activity or inhibit inflammation, interact with ACE, and act as an antioxidant, Ta1 seems like it could play a pivotal role in chronic disease management

Side Effects/Risks

From current available research and anecdotes, Ta1 appears to be a well-tolerated compound with very few side effects reported other than occasional redness or itching at the injection site

The side effects of Thymosin alpha 1 can vary depending on the individual, dosage, and duration of treatment.

Rare side effects such as nausea, headaches, body aches, and lethargy have been reported, although it is unclear what role Ta1 plays in those

Overall, Ta1 has its spot in my top 5 favorite peptides and I will continue to use it as an immune booster when I feel a cold coming on

While I think it's only a matter of time before the FDA bans this one too, I hope that it will be further researched as it seems to have a lot of potential for various conditionsImage Interested in researching Ta1?

ADHD is not a disorder

It's a phenotype

It means you have OG genetics

People with ADHD were the elite hunters and gatherers

ADHD is only seen as a "disorder" when you're born in modern times and forced to live an unnatural lifestyle in an unnatural environment

Of course, it's going to be seen as a disorder when you put a kid in a chair for 8 hours a day and force them to study useless shit

ADHD genetics are meant for a lifestyle of constant movement

The hyperfocus allowed us to craft advanced tools and track prey

Highly dopaminergic activities

Reading propaganda/useless info from textbooks is not

The ability to task switch allowed us to respond to threats quickly

The "impulsivity" allowed us to take big risks that paid off for generations

The desire for constant novelty comes with creative superpowers

The result? Constant innovation and invention

ADHDers and Autists (they deserve their own post) have invented all the technologies you use every day

The people with average IQs and no "disorders" aren't the ones changing the world

Spicy take: average IQ + zero mental "disorders" = peasant genetics :)

My advice if you have real ADHD, and aren't one of the 90%+ people who were misdiagnosed so doctors can sell you amphetamines:

- You will never feel fulfilled or reach your full potential living an average life

- You aren't meant to rot in a cubicle

- You need to find what your talents are and use those to generate income

- It's even more important for you to spend time in nature and move away from cities

Don't feel bad if you're imprisoned by a W2

1) You leave any time and move to a cheap rural area or become a passport bro if you aren't financially independent

2) The BowTied jungle has overwhelming resources and knowledge for building your escape tunnel, achieving financial independence, and unplugging from the matrix. Highly recommend following and subscribing

Remember: ADHD isn't the disorder, but being "normal" might be 😉Image Semax has always been one of my favorite tools for focusing on boring tasks

Adamax is now my favorite

It works better than Semax, lasts all day, & if I still decide to take caffeine or stims, I only need half as much

The average DHT level of men in 1982 was almost DOUBLE the upper limit of today's reference range

Over THREE TIMES higher than the average man today

If you don't do these 3 things, adding them to your protocol will give you steroid like gains 💪

Watch your body mutate in the mirror in LESS than 1 week:

- 5 grams creatine daily
- 1.5g protein per lb of bodyweight
- 0.3g fat per lb of bodyweight
- the rest: carbs
- 10mg potassium per gram of carbs
- 1g sodium for every 2g potassium
-1g+ elemental magnesium per day
-1 gram l carnitine 4x per day (with meal & before preworkout)
-Gallon of water per day
- 1200mg berberine pm if not already lean & optimally insulin sensitive

The creatine & sodium will increase water inside the muscles, giving you more fullness and strength

The high protein diet will also increase fullness & strength within 2-3 days

You will notice your muscles feel a lot more hard / dense, and will also look that way in the mirror - reminiscent of the anabolic steroid Oxanandrolone

The potassium will allow you to store more glycogen in your muscles which will make them bigger, stronger, and able to pump out more reps within 1-2 days

The fat is set at the amount that will ensure all physiological needs & hormone production is taken care of, but isn't taken away from carbs that can be used to perform in the gym or be stored in the muscle

Also allows you to insulin maxx and raise igf-1, which = fuller muscles, bigger pumps, better recovery & strength boost Yes i realize it's more than 3 things, but it can be broken down to nutrition, supplements, & hormone optimaztion

Anxiety & depression are your body's way of telling you you're doing something wrong

Has nothing to do with things that happen to you when you look under the hood

Bad diet, sedentary life, lack of sunlight or sleep?

Guaranteed neuroinflammation & reduced plasticity

Neuroinflammation is shown to cause depression in ALL MAMMALS

Lack of neuroplasticity is what causes you to repeat the same destructive thoughts & behaviors

This is why so many people feel "stuck"

They know what to do, but they can't seem to do it

Autopiloting through life

Why do SSRIs sometimes work?

Not because they increase serotonin

In fact, serotonin isn't the "happy chemical"

BDNF is the real "happy chemical"

And SSRIs increase BDNF

But they also decrease dopamine & cause a plethora of other unwanted side effects

So what does BDNF do?

-Decreases neuroinflammation

-Increases neuroplasticity

- Repairs neurons

So how do we increase BDNF?

-Aerobic exercise
-Anaerobic exercise
-Sunlight
-Sleep
-Sauna
-Fasting

And how do we lower neuroinflammation?

First and foremost, avoid foods, drinks, alcohol & drugs that increase it

2nd? *copies and pastes list of things that increase BDNF*

So you can now see that depression is deeply rooted in an unhealthy lifestyle

This puts you in an inflammatory & aplastic state that causes you to not react favorably to adversity

This is why there is always going to be plenty of people who have it worse, but are 100x happier

What's another component of depression? Anhedonia, or lack of pleasure

What's this rooted in? Low dopamine signaling

What causes it? You guessed it: more poor lifestyle choices

- social media
- tv
- video games
- gambling
- porn
- junk food
- alcohol
- drugs

The root cause is obtaining high levels of dopamine without high levels of effort to counter balance it

The sustainable way to have high dopamine?

1) Having a heroic mission. Having dreams. Having goals you are actively working towards daily.

2) can you guess? *copies and pastes BDNF list again*

Anxiety: your body is warning you that your life is at risk. Fight or flight. Excess excitatory signaling. Adrenaline is pumping.

What causes this?

1) Neuroinflammation causes an imbalance between excitatory signaling
2) Lack of BDNF and neurotrophic factors causes an deficit in inhibitory signaling
3) Improper nutrition causes an imbalance between excitatory and inhibitor signaling
4) Lack of neuroplasticity causes unbreakable thought loops and behaviors that worsen everything above
5) The brain attempts to adapt to dyfunctional dopaminergic system from cheap dopamine by upregulating adrenergic signaling

We can go on an on, but it's more of the same

To improve anxiety & depression, one must

1) Increase neurotrophic factors / neuroplasticity
2) decrease neuroinflammation
3) balance excitatory / imhibitory signaling
4) maintain a functional dopaminergic system

And this is done by:

-Aerobic exercise
-Anerobic exercise
-Sunlight
-Nutrition / Supplementation
- Sauna
- Avoiding cheap dopamime & finding a purpose

Will this fix 100% of cases 100% of the time?

Absolutely not

But there's no doubt it will lead to massive improvement

And I believe herbs, nootropics, peptides & certain pharmaceutical drugs can bridge the gap between where you currently are with an optimized lifestyle and where you'd like to be

None of this is medical advice, just thoughts from a guy who's faced his own challenges & researched this stuff going on 2 decades

I have high hopes that one day, we will treat these issues with a lifestyle-first approach, while also tackling neuroinflammation & neurotrophic factors with chemistry
