I've had to research this for myself and find great Drs There are oestrogen receptors all over the female body. And *downstairs*, not just in the vagina, but the entire vulva, clit, urethra & bladder. Oestrogen drops, you develop problems. You no longer produce the good bacteria that fights harmless bugs. Your tissues start to atrophy

The Gregg Wallace thing needs to make people look at how women's work is invisibilised by society. GW puts his success down to daily gym sessions, manifesting, journalling, reading etc - meanwhile, this is only possible because his wife and mother-in-law do absolutely EVERYTHING Gregg can only spend hours in the gym and reading, journalling, playing computer games and going to bloody Harvester because he does zero housework, zero childcare, and cooks just one meal a week. He doesn't even seem to see that it's only possible because of what women do unpaid

October is ADHD Awareness Month! And because I don't already mention it enough, I would like to share some info with you. Please read, because a lot of what I have to say might surprise you (and wonder about yourself, maybe). Firstly, ADHD is a neurodevelopmental difference that was first recognised in 1798. It is visible in brain scans as it involves structural difference in the brain, as well as multiple neurotransmitter imbalances. It is a lifelong condition affecting males and females 50-50.
