TREND 1: Work harder to make videos shorter
All things being equal, a shorter vertical video will outperform a longer one - almost every time.
I've begun instructing my team to work on making our edits tighter and shorter.
Churches rely on volunteers - there's no way around that.
But do you balance this need without overdoing it? Here are a few ideas...🧵
First, sit down with each volunteer individually and ask them the following 7 questions to get a better feel of where each of them is at.
Because what might be too much for one, is too little for another.
