Do you need to generate cash quickly in your business this week?

Read this thread and I will tell you how to re-activate your current customers to generate cash flow. So first of all let’s hit on some mindset.

65% of a company’s business comes from EXISTING customers.

I know it feels great to get a new customer but you can’t survive as a business by ignoring the ones you’ve already had.

Today she had someone APPLY to her program paying the $100 application fee and is ready to pay IN FULL! First of all, catch all of the tea!

Mama has NOT launched her program. The pages are not even public.

This person GOOGLED her name and programs because she wanted to work with her so bad.

I don’t think y’all really understand.

At the end of 2019 I scrapped the membership I’d been working on for a year, The Melanin Marketing Membership.

It was my livelihood.

I was 5 months pregnant when I started Biz Church from SCRATCH. I’m talking $0.

Each month the membership has grown by 7-10 members.

It took me 8 months to get where I wanted to be.

Now a thread for my brick and mortar business owners.

First of all, I’m mad at y’all.

I know this pandemic has been rough on physical locations but y’all are really making this harder than it has to be. Why are you assuming your customers don’t want to come back to your shop?

Yes I know we are in a pandemic.

But if you had clients that came to your store on a weekly, bi weekly, or monthly basis.

They need and want your offer.

If you find yourself nervous on new client/discovery calls this is a HUGE indicator that your intake process is flawed.

You’re not nervous because you’re meeting with your dream client.

You’re nervous because you’re meeting with a client and you don’t have enough information. Your intake process should provide enough information for you to know...
- What package they want
- When they want to start
- If they’re ready to pay

When you know this the call becomes less about you performing, guessing, and going from nervous laugh to the next.

Up encouraging my cousin who is a street musician to get serious about YouTube.

He did one video and got 10k views with out trying.

He doesn’t see what could happen if he tried. I’m breaking down to him that YouTube management is a skill that he needs to teach himself.

I started sleep training my daughter on Sunday.

She now sleeps from 7pm -7am

She will turn 6 months in less than a week

She’s exclusively breast fed

Before this we were co sleepers This is how I knew she was ready...

Started showing signs of independent play in her play center

Seeming like she got more irritated the more I held her over night (wanted to lay down but me to lay with)

Can lift own upper body and head (worried about SIDS)

Just got off a call with my Facebook designated as specialist.

Here are some main take aways for your ads...
-Run lifetime budget vs daily budget
as your ads optimize fb will track your best performing days and times Ei. If your customers buy more on Friday because it’s payday FB won’t spend all of your budget on Monday but will run it up on Friday

If you’re a business leader and you’re still teaching tactics that lead to burn out you are going to be held responsible for it.

You’re ruining people’s sense of self, relationships, physique, and general life experience. You don’t really know what you’re talking about.

If you did you would have already adapted your strategies and teachings to what is happening NOW in the world.

Maybe it’s time to sit down and get under someone else’s leadership until you can see and hear clearly?
