Police approached the brother - Diego Ibarra - because he matched the description of the homicide suspect.
Investigators say that is when he presented them with a fake green card. 2/3 Investigators say since entering the USA, Diego Ibarra has been arrested 3 times by Athens, Georgia law enforcement. Charges included driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license, shoplifting, and a fingerprint offense.

Here is the new information from the civil lawsuit Gabby Petito’s family filed against Brian Laundrie’s parents.
It alleges Laundrie advised his parents “on or about Aug 28” that he murdered Gabby- and on that same date the Laundrie parents spoke w/ attorney Steven Bertolino. 2/7
The lawsuit alleges that two days after advising his parents he murdered Gabby Petito, Brian Laundrie then sent a text message from Gabby’s phone to her mom saying there was no service -- trying to “deceive” her.

NEW: The Miami-Dade state attorney is requesting all postal distribution centers be audited and that all ballots remaining at the centers be immediately transported to the Department of Elections. State Attorney Katherine Fernandez-Rundle says her office is working with Miami-Dade Dept. of Elections and the United States Postal Inspector's Office to make sure all ballots are accounted for.

It's the disaster in the Bahamas no one seems to be talking about - a massive oil spill caused by Hurricane Dorian. We saw aerials of the Equinor facility, but were not sure how close we could get. With the help of a local guide, we landed and made it into the spill zone. Part 1: The oil company workers seemed shocked to see us. I did see clean up crews in the forest, but there is so much oil. Equinor later told me they have 250 responders from 9 countries cleaning the area. Part 2:
