She embraces every challenge made to the organisation personally & responds to it personally. She isn’t a politician, she doesn’t shout and rave when challenged she faces the task and implements what’s required. We have the best body worn video available, the best PPE available…

First on scene at a Rape. A Thread.
I Graded call in the early hours from an Uber driver that a victim with serious facial injuries had stopped him on a dual carriageway & told him they had been raped nearby.We’re on 12 hour shifts because of XR protests, & only unit available.
We’ve already been to an attempted murder & had just finished bagging up all exhibits when the call comes out. Blue light to scene & see that as stated the victim has serious injuries, luckily an ambulance pulls up a short time later. Brand new colleague stays with the victim.
