Family and friends has nothing to do with competencies. For every position you think a family member is qualified to do, there are equally qualified & competent individuals who would do same.

Besides, it’s a government not family business. Look at how families protect each other, look at how tough it is to sanction family and friends.

In our own small circle, we struggle to sanction our friends for the little things, it is the reason people speak against it in government cos it could lead to cover ups of crimes
