David Baltzer, a 2-tour Afghanistan combat veteran, was offered medical suicide in Dec. 2019 after reaching out for help

At the time VAC claimed it was a single “rogue” caseworker responsible, but veterans advocate and podcaster Mark Meincke tells me there’s been too many cases across Canada, and he believes offering suicide was VAC policy.
