Having been Chief Fellow at @OSUWexMed allow me to give you tips and tricks of the trade. 1. The learning curve is steep. The brutal truth: You will transition from your Internal Medicine comfort zone into being an 'intern' all over again. Do not panic. It is normal to feel overwhelmed the first month or so. Be patient and breathe in. Allow yourself time to adapt.
