The House Judiciary Committee is set for a hearing on politicization at the Justice Department featuring testimony from former Roger Stone prosecutor Aaron Zelinsky.

One the way in, Chairman Jerry Nadler didn't comment on the recent DC Circuit decision in the Michael Flynn case Nadler has started the hearing. Says he expects members to wear a mask during the hearing.

Currently three Republican members, Jim Jordan, Louie Gohmert and Mike Johnson, are not wearing masks. It looks like Steve Chabot is wearing a mask.

Former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski has arrived for a hearing before the House Judiciary Committee, which should start shortly. The White House wrote to the committee yesterday saying Lewandowski will not be able to answer questions about conversations he had with Trump or Trump's senior advisers based on "long-settled principles" of executive branch confidentiality.

Michael Flynn's sentencing is set to begin in about 15 minutes. I'll have updates for you here throughout the hearing, but also check out @CourthouseNews for my story after the dust clears. There are attorneys at both counsel tables and Flynn is in his seat, sporting a grey suit. All we need now is a judge.
