1) Of all the varied editors, commenters & journos who attacked the lab leak, my favorite is @dpfunke, who graduated in 2017, was funded by @GoogleNewsInit & placed at @Poynter. 3 years out of college he was "fact-checking" @DrLiMengYAN1 on @TuckerCarlson thefederalist.com/2021/05/24/exa… 2) Why? She asserted the Covid virus had been tinkered with by humans and came from a lab. At the time, this was a theory on an unknowable thing. Further, that was obvious, but it didn't stop our young @PolitiFact enforcer, who called it false...

Great idea, @AEI, maybe you can ask The Atlantic about the completely false story it printed about a police officer supposedly gunning down a child.
aei.org/events/survivi… Or the laughably unsubstantiated (and discredited) one about the president smearing the president smearing our honored dead at Belleau Wood. The one even the people present who disliked him said was false. That cracker was by the editor in chief.
