Just thinking recently about how bitter I am about purity culture, courtship, "emotional purity" et al. (Settle in. This is a thread) Notice I said bitter. Yeah. I'm not angry. I've accepted that I live a reality resulting from those things. I also accept that being angry isn't going to change it. Nothing I do will change it. So I'm bitter.
