This is yet another ill-conceived attempt at impunity.

In December 2019, our network launched an attempt to activate the International Criminal Court (ICC) @IntlCrimCourt in Hague, in accordance with Art 15 of the Rome Treaty. At the beginning of this year we were confirmed that the ICC is investigating the possibilities of opening a so-called Preliminary Investigation on Crime against Humanity in Chile.
