IF YOU WERE YOU WERE GIVEN A #ProvisionalBallot for the following reasons (thread) 2/ If you didn't have the right ID. Go to your local supervisor of elections (dos.elections.myflorida.com/supervisors/su…) with the required ID and an affidavit (not required, but let's make sure) BEFORE 5 PM. You can also fax or email a photo (front and back) of it.
