CHECK YOUR PHONE BILLS!!!

I don’t usually check my phone bill but got a shocked when my bill was more than RM400 last month! Looked into my bill then realised I was being charged ‘usage charges’. Got suspicious and decided to call Maxis to find out what the it was. First customer service guy wasn’t helpful at all. He insisted that I must have pressed on an ad, filled up some form and then got charged for the ad. (Wth?) So I told him ads doesn’t work that way but he insisted it does even though I told him I’m in the ad line and IT DOES NOT
