My view on the rule of 5 / 85% debate (based on 100s of hours of testing for multiple clients, platforms, artefacts, domains, users etc)... 1) Original study was done pre-tablet & pre-smartphone. Hell, it was pretty much pre-internet. Things have changed somewhat.
