As they bring Floyd to the squad, you can hear Floyd say "I am claustrophobic for real, Mr. Officer", tell them he's scared. One of the officers offers to crack a window.

The officers are debating whether to use a hobble device to restrain him, Floyd is telling them he can't breathe.

Next witness is Christopher Belfrey, who says he’s lived in south Minneapolis for about 3 years.

He went to Cup Foods on May 25, 2020. Belfrey parked behind an SUV across the street from the Cup Foods.

Frank, “Did you see something that drew your attention?”

Belfrey, “Two officers were coming across the street.. they approached the vehicle in front of me”, describes officer drawing handgun, “it startled me”.

This next witnesses is being interviewed by Jerry Blackwell, says they were taking cousin to Cup Foods to get snacks on May 25, 2020

Blackwell “Were you concerns about your safety waking to Cup Foods..”

Witness, “No”. Blackwell is showing surveillance footage of scene, depicting Darnella Frazier’s approach. At the door, she directed her cousin into the store and she turned back around and walked over to the scene.

She says, “It wasn’t right, he was suffering, he was in pain” about Floyd.

A third witness is now being brought in. The third witness of the day is Donald Williams, who has a place about a block away from Cup Foods. Williams has worked in private security for several years, from being bouncer to providing security for celebrities.

This is the second witness called by @AGEllison's team of prosecutors.

Oyler describes being a shift lead at the Speedway at 38th and Chicago. Oyler worked at the Speedway directly across the street from Cup Foods. She confirms she is able to see outside to the street from the cash register.

When asked by Schleicher, Oyler says she first noticed police when they were near the vehicle #GeorgeFloyd was in.

You can hear dispatcher sending officers to the Cup Foods, saying “they are reporting there is a person using a counterfeit bill at the business”.

The first witness called by the state is a 911 dispatcher. Assistant Attorney General Matthew Frank is questioning this witness. Dispatcher Jena Scurry says “Sometimes we do have cameras available to us .. to keep us up to date”. She says there are approx. 6 TVs on the wall showing those angles.
